We now have enough volunteers for comments editor. Thanks, everyone. We’re just now discussing whether our future lies in this direction or not.
I’m blown away by the quality of the responses to my question in the article “Waiting and Wondering.”
A year or two ago, comments would have required constant surveillance because some disinfo specialists would get in there and mix it up or others would post really disturbing, damaging comments. It became simply too laborious to do everything that needs to be done on a blog and monitor comments.
But today every comment posted had substance.
If a reader will come forward (through “Contact Us”) and agree to edit comments from here to the end of the year, and if readers will understand that editors may not have the time to read all comments, I may suggest to the editors that we begin to open comments (they’ve been willing; I’ve been the stick in the mud).
Somehow lightworkers have to begin finding ways of communicating more – and communicating a lot more broadly than we are. Our increasing eloquence may very well be a feature of the energies rising or it may be a feature of who is here or some other factor I don’t know about, but we must start mining the resource that we are. And we must start having global conversations, instead of the inner-circle, preaching-to-the-choir conversations we’ve been having so far.
I for sure am going to write an article out of what Linda shared because she raised a question that presents us with a constant paradox: are we or are we not responsible for our world? (Others also referred to it.)
And one blog alone may not be able to do the whole task.
I’m hatching a plan as we speak that may help us increase the range and reach of our voice. I may do a little work on that before I mention it at length. But before I go over that, let’s listen to some of your voices:
Patricia: I believe the best we can do as Lightworkers is to send Light and Love to those regions in conflict. They are working out karma, and only Light can be helpful in the ways that are needed. Remember that all is perfect, and be willing to see that, even in apparent imperfection.
Kay: Steve, what I do every morning during my meditation is visualize The White Light in and around various people, including myself, of course. Wouldn’t this method also work for countries — for Mother Earth?
Just SATURATE them with it, man! 
Our little efforts all add up. (Well, you know how that works!)
enacc: I had a very powerful dream. All the women and children, including babies in mothers’ arms, came out en masse and surrounded the conflicting areas. Everyone warring on the streets stopped, in shock and astonishment and suddenly a great understanding spread without words through the hearts of these men women and children. It was very uplifting and so real I could feel the whole event… We are moving on, I can feel it!
jsherry: It may help to remember that it is the souls choice to be in whatever situation one is living. If a soul chooses to be born in a country that is warring or where starvation is the name of the game, that is the choice they made for their own reasons. its all illusion anyway. The soul is learning. The soul is safe. Send them love and light and they will be fine. They are working hard on their evolution. People like me who have had few hardships in life are more of a concern. How will I evolve if I have no trials. Why am I even here? I feel selfish for crying about nothing going wrong. I want to evolve and meet my family. I want to ascend. I can’t hear them. I can’t find anyone when I meditate. Not even my twin self. All is silence. This life is an illusion. The trials of this life are of benefit to the soul. I am getting nothing but joy in my life. I can be happy, but I may be left behind and that scares me. Maybe my soul is on vacation this trip. If that’s the case she chose a strange time for a vacation.
morepaul: There is but one way only to change the perceptions of Earth……through individually ascending into the “One” consciousness. By doing so we then leave this duality consciousness into the impersonal world on Earth as a beacon of Light.
sonic: I feel blessed to have hit adolescence with punk philosophies defining my identity, where all the basic operating tenets and conceptual frameworks involve savoring the vitality of every moment and creating your own reality. So, yes, the waiting melancholy (or even despair) is mostly a depiction your ego is placing upon the NOW (a particularly rugged vasana, as you note).
I myself have had very clear and startling confirmations of the inter-dimensional nature of existence lately, and direct, conscious and unequivocal interaction with positive and sentient entities beyond myself — every day I tell them, with laughter and a bit of jocular ribbing, “I am ready now! I know what I am supposed to do and what I am here for! Let’s get started in the open, let us start working ‘in front’ of the scenes, finally!”
Live each moment as if the Reality You Want has already occurred, and hum with serenity knowing that further down along the timeline it pauses for you to acknowledge its presence, and by divine decree, apparently
Crystal: To me, right now, what matters, is to stay in the present and to fill the Moment with Love: I sometimes tend to fill it with hope and longing alone.
As for the warring areas, I have this feeling that they are reaching their own evidence and confrontation with a choice, which we cannot give them but Life (or themselves) alone, while as Lightworkers Ascension is bringing us also a situation where we can relax and, from this little solitary bubble, join into a universal bubble of LoveLight and feel and be at home.
GoldenWoman: I think we are going to see a massive shift in the next 1-2 weeks. The astrology says so and I can feel it coming. Saturn/Mercury/Sun in Scorpio is going to be awesome – all that is hidden will be exposed. All that has been going on in the background will be brought out into the light. Scorpio doesn’t stop until it gets to the root/core of things. I am sensing we lightworkers have done all we can at the moment, we have been on a short pause to rest and integrate because when the unseen stuff comes up and out for those on the stairs behind us, we will be ready to rock and roll.
markb: Hi, I have been following this page for a long time and find so much of it exciting. Much of it resonates with me and reenforces much of what I’ve learned over the years on my own path. I try not to think too much about what is being said on these pages, believe it or not. What I do is read, and when some words really touch me, I get filled with an amazing energy. And I sit with that. When I start thinking too much about it, it ebbs. I’m learning to keep that feeling by not dwelling on it with my thoughts. And lately, those moments are lasting longer and longer. Is that because I’m ascending, getting flooded by light energy bathing the planet, or is it because of the energy being sent by all the wonderful things being said here by all of you? I don’t know and I’m not sure how important it is I do know at this time. I try not to anticipate ascension because, in terms of what is being said throughout here, I have no idea what kind of contract I made for my particular journey. And I’m not going to pretend I do. Doing what I can in my neighborhood and community to live in gratitude and love is what I’ve been trying to do for a long time, now, sometimes successfully, sometimes not. If I do ascend, I can’t imagine that changing, if I don’t ascend, well, I’ll just keep doing it anyway.
Linda: Steve, I totally resonate with your thoughts on the extreme waiting part of this article; I’m not sure where I stand on the bringing peace part, though, so here’s what has come up for me (sorry for long post). You said (in snippets):
“The second matter that almost causes me to collapse in the face of it is how to bring peace to some of the conflicted areas of the world that have been enmeshed in enmity and discord for centuries … I have to admit that I have no idea as to how to bring peace there … It probably will never be by approaching the issues rationally and clearly … But it is a question that needs to occupy us soon because people are dying in our world as wars continue and IT’S OUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A WORLD TO BRING PEACE TO THOSE REGIONS [my emphasis] … But somehow, some way, we need to find an approach that will work to bring peace to this world and we need to do it ourselves. And I don’t know how to do that.”
Is it really? It’s our responsibility to save the world? I have read so many different and conflicting versions over the years of the “true nature of this reality” and how it can or cannot be fixed, I am not convinced it is our responsibility to “fix” anything. Be loving, kind, helpful (when asked), cooperative … yes. But to fix, heal, save … I think those times are ending.
Not even bringing into the equation the “karma” and soul contracts of people living in these areas and circumstances, here a few areas that conflict with “our responsibility to bring peace to contracted areas”:
What about thoughts like, Mother Earth doesn’t need to be healed, saved, or rescued by humans? She is a much larger, more powerful entity and can take care of herself. She is in the birthing process, a cleansing process, and all shall play out in divine order.
Some starseeds/lightworkers do not feel any need to try to do anything to prop up, repair, or reform this dying, corrupt, dark-infected, and “error-ridden” realm of creation. They feel it is done, over, and the dark duality is not something ascending light beings need to worry about. They feel all effort should be internal—working on the Self—not fixing the external world.
Or what about the premise that great problems (like we have here on Earth at this time) cannot be solved at the level of consciousness at which there were created? Again, we humans cannot solve the breadth and depth of all the problems on Earth at this time. There is not enough time in infinity to fix all these problems at the 3D level!
And what about the ascension ideas that there is/will be inter-dimensional timeline splits, where the souls who wish to engage in violence, war, greed, and dark negativity can continue on their path, and those souls yearning for peace, loving kindness, harmony, and abundance can move onto their path? In this scenario, we don’t have to save or rescue anyone, end starvation, or bring peace to the peoples of the world. Peace, harmony, cooperation, loving kindness, and abundance will happen organically because we will only be with souls who resonate at the same high frequency.
I am not trying to be divisive, cold-hearted, or “holier than thou” here, just bringing up some of the ideas I’ve been exposed to over the years for the purpose of coming to truly understand what our (LW) roles, responsibilities, and obligations are here at this time.
Can we “bring peace” just by BEING peace and love in our own little corners of the world? What were your thoughts on HOW when you stated above it is our responsibility to bring peace to these areas?
