Judy Carroll is an embodied, higher-dimensional Zeta or Grey, here to assist with our Ascension. She gave a remarkable interview to GD tonight. I highly recommend people listen to it.

She compared higher-dimensional Zeta emotions to human emotions. She says that she feels universal love more completely in her Zeta form than in her human form.
She says Zetas come from levels 5-8 on the dimensional ladder that Zetas use; Earth is on level one. She says that human evolution is all about spiritual awareness. Humans link into about 10% of awareness, consistent with the 10% of DNA that’s active. Zetas can access about 50-80% of their conscious awareness.
Zetas have more of a light body than a crystalline body. The Zetas have complete conscious control over travelling out of their bodies. Zetas have very little ego and are much more attuned to universal love and non-attachment. They see the wider picture in any given situation. They work for the good of all, unlike Earth humans. They also look at things in terms of multidimensional realities, rather than the outer shell or body.
Their pure energy vibrating at a higher rate is almost a nirvana state, Judy says. She is down here to carry out a job but she looks forward to going home because it isn’t pleasant to be in the human body at all.
Some Zetas live on the lower levels, but not her kin/kind. Her description of the Zetas’ spiritual awareness was consummate. We’ll have to await the transcript to hear more of it.
They use an artificial, non-biological container or their light body to travel. The human brain is not capable of retaining the memories of these higher-level travels. Families differ on dimensions. Judy has a teacher on the higher levels that she spends time with and she melds into the group.
Their ships are sentient, almost-living beings themselves. When they are travelling in a disc, their consciousness is attuned to the ship and vice versa. They travel by keeping their hands on a console and the ship is driven by mind power.
They travel to Earth on ships. That’s the only time they need to. Mini-discs carry two-three people. The larger ones that have crashed on Earth are larger. The motherships are enormous. If they were to land here, they would cover hundreds of miles. They have clinics, relaxation areas, healing rooms, offices, all sorts of areas. Zetas work together with other cosmic races.
Judy’s primary job is teaching and healing. Up on the disc, she carries out procedures such as genetic work. She describes removing an implant from someone’s head on the ship, inserted by dark forces down here on Earth.
Judy is not one of the little Greys or tall Greys. She is middle sized. Four fingers. Black eyes, grey-blue skin – classic-looking Zeta. The Zeta body – not the artificial one – has very basic internal organs, but their nervous system is quite complex. Every sense is more intense; emotions are much stronger than ours. Our fear is almost physically painful to them. (Neptune candidate travellers, take note.)
There is a very big disinformation program going on down here to blacken the Greys in human eyes. They are caretakers in energy and they’re trying to assist us in our evolution. They mirror back what is happening at the deeper levels of human subconscious. They try to help us to clear the excess baggage. By looking into the Greys’ eyes, buried traumatic memories can come up. It’s almost like a dark night of the soul for us.
They are basically here to help with the planetary shift in 2012, which will be an energetic thing. We will move up from what the Zetas think of as level one to level two, using their scale of development. The fears we need to move away from are fears of differences among people, xenophobia, etc., we call it. Because we are operating on 10% of brain power, we cannot remember our past lives or between lives.
People say they are being taken against their will because they forget their pre-birth agreements. Some cabalistic powers down here are staging fake abductions and attributing them to Greys. But the Greys, she says, contact people only because they requested it pre-birth. The false abductions happening from down here happen frequently, more frequently than people realize. She has been told not to link into these false abductions very much so she cannot comment on how frequently it happens.
She described attending a man who was having an implant removed on the disc and not being able to communicate with him because of the cocoon of fear he was in. She gave a description of the operation from the Zeta side. Because they exist on higher dimensions, she can actually put her hand into the man’s body to remove the implant. They are vibrating on a different frequency. The molecules of their body go through the molecules of our bodies. I found her explanation of the Zeta viewpoint of their healing work fascinating and a corrective to the version we’re usually told.
Higher and higher numbers of Zetas, Sirians, Pleiadians and others will be taking us on board their ships. “It’s really a show right now,” she said.
The visitors are working individually with people to help them wake up to higher vibrations, rather than landing en masse, to assist the planet generally to rise in conscious reach. Angels are on levels 9-10 whereas Zetas are on level 5-8 (this is according to their measuring scale, not the one we use).
She described her associates going through the 9/11 rubble, talking to people who were trapped. She believed people would think of them as angels. Real angels did carry out the role of assisting the dying. The Zetas were carrying out the healing role for those who were going to survive. Nobody was left to die alone and scared on 9/11. There was always somebody there with them – a Zeta or an angel. Wow, what revelations!!!
What angels do is to tap into a person’s mind and perceive how they would see an angel and then appear in that manner. Ball of light. Blonde, blue eyes with wings – whatever.
Crop circles are communicative. Our scientists put out messages and say the space beings don’t answer them but they do in the crop circles. Crop circles are transformative, working rather like Reiki.
Ascension is in part a gradual change and is being accelerated. The major energy change is due to happen on Dec. 21. People are going through a lot of changes and upheavals and so the planetary visitors are here to assist in the process.
Basically what we need to do at the present time is choose between love and fear. She hopes that more and more people will make the right choice which will build into a mass planetary intent to love. It may not happen overnight because there is still a lot of fear down here, but she thinks humanity will come through.
We have to ask if we want to be assisted because there is free will. We all have God within us so we all have that self-empowerment as well.
Their ships are not technology as we know it down on Earth. It’s basically universal energy (zero point or free energy) that drives their ships. The same is the case when they do Reiki. They channel the energy down through themselves and down through their hands. The same principle drives their ships.
She has memories of driving in one of the crashed discs. She has problems driving the discs as a result. The amount of concentration and focus that’s needed to drive a disc is phenomenal. They travel at incredible speeds.
Reiki and Tai Chi resonate with her very strongly because they match their own ways of being as Zetas. She learned to dance in human form to learn how to experience emotion as a human. Her human body has all the weaknesses a human body has so, for instance, she wears glasses.
All evolved beings have a very well developed sense of humor. They are all surrounded by a sense of lightness and fun. She compares them to the highly developed eastern abbots, like the Dalai Lama. She thinks that it isn’t wisdom or knowledge that characterizes an evolved person, but how much they are willing to let go of.
There are three things the Zetas are trying to help people understand down here: oneness, immortality, and deeper understanding. These are the three things they want people to take away from them.
