Dead Man Twitching?

Excuse me, officer. Can you tell me where Yonge and Bloor is please?

This article should be read in conjunction with the earlier one entitled “Canadian Police (Again) Use Agents to Incite Response,’ at https://goldenageofgaia.com/2010/06/28/canadian-police-again-use-provocateurs-to-incite-response/.

I speculate that numerous cabal scenarios, which will not succeed, have nonetheless been planned extensively and long ago and are now going forward because they have inertial movement behind them.

To put it another way, I think the cabal is on auto-pilot, doing things that have been programmed into them as a system but which have no force left and little likelihood of success.

Oh, look, a car on fire. Has someone called 911? But, then, the police are already here. Surely they'll take care of it. Then why is it left to burn?

What happened at the G20 summit in Toronto is, I think, a brilliant example of it. The G20 held its meeting in downtown Toronto and prepared a huge security machine to protect the G20 against … whom? Torontonians? Show me a more peaceful bunch than a group of Canadians.

We don’t carry guns. We respect human rights and cultural identity.

Now you may instantly say, well, look at the violence of the protests. Yes, but that’s exactly the point. A credible case has been made for that violence having been caused by agents provocateurs, police officers out of uniform and wearing (all of them apparently) identical black balaclavas and police boots, and that’s the auto-pilot factor I want to talk about.

Let’s backtrack a bit.

I think the Bush administration, supported by Northern Command and NORAD, planned to take over Canada as an outcome of plans for a “North American Union” (read: land grab) which would have included Mexico as well.

The plan for a “North American Union,” if I recall correctly, never went before Congress. Had the United States morphed into a North American Union, it could have ripped up that piece of paper George Bush found so annoying – the U.S. Constitution.

It could also have found creative ways to dump the U.S. debt in the course of creating the new entity. And cabalists would have had Canadian uranium to build their weapons of choice with (depleted-uranium weapons) as well as ownership of all that existing Canadian oil and Arctic drilling rights.

Sweet deal.

The plan was articulated in a number of documents, some public, some not. The ironically-named “Security and Prosperity Partnership” (whose security? Whose prosperity? Not Canada’s, certainly) stipulated that either country could come to the “rescue” of the other in the event of a terrorist attack or pandemic.

Now, let me see. Who is responsible for terrorist attacks and pandemics? The cabal itself.

I can hardly imagine Canucks from Fort Petawawa, Ontario, streaming into the U.S. and taking the place over. I can’t imagine them taking over a hot dog stand. But I can well imagine troops from the U.S. streaming into Canada.

Add to that the fact that the firm providing security to the Montreal subway also provided “security” to the World Trade Center before 9/11 and alarm bells start going off. Scary tie-in.

The SPP dovetailed with a number of interlocking military agreements which were never disclosed to the public and were not negotiated (as far as I’m aware) with the involvement of the American Congress or the Canadian Parliament. These documents described what would happen in the event of a terrorist attack or pandemic … OK, OK, “false-flag operation” to the initiated.

By this time, keep in mind that Canada’s armed forces had been more or less integrated into Northern Command, just as they had been into NORAD years earlier. All part of the cabal’s gradual and graduated plan.

Every piece is in place at this moment for the right scenario to annex Canada. All systems are go. All scenarios are worked out.

Now, as all this is going on, Northcom is also holding its annual “Vigilant” series of emergency drills that integrate local U.S. police forces and National Guards with Northcom’s own command and control structure.  The FEMA camps are up and running. The railroad tracks are laid and the coffins collected.  Matthew Ward says that numerous attempts at a second 9/11 were stymied in the U.S. as early as 2003. (1) I think they were also stymied between the U.S. and Canada.

But the cabal’s own forces have their scenarios laid down for fomenting violence and falsely staging protests and then responding by taking away civil rights and moving that much closer to martial law and the end of democracy. And I think in Toronto we just saw one of those scenarios automatically being played out.

My friend Len asked over coffee this morning, “Why couldn’t the G20 hold their summit in some desert location? Why in downtown Toronto?” Yes, indeed. Why?

Because, I think, under the now-unlikely plans to foment a false-flag incident in a location like Toronto, the cabal, on auto-pilot, went ahead with the only scenario it knows, held the meeting in downtown Toronto, activated its agents provocateurs, turned a peaceful city into a hotbed of “domestic terrorism” and sent their security forces into action against a startled citizenry.

Except the cabal doesn’t have the muscle any longer to pull off its schemes – not North American Union, not the Amero, not a false-flag attack on Canada, not a second 9/11. So what we watched was a dead man  twitching, a train set in motion operating on inertia, a plane flying on auto-pilot until manually disengaged.

The cabal just played its hand, though nothing came of it. The whole spectacle was pathetic. The galactics won’t allow a second 9/11. They won’t allow the takeover of Canada or Mexico. They won’t allow the population’s civil rights to be infringed any more than they have been. They simply allowed the cabal to play out its agents-provocateur scenario in all its pathos with all its paper tigers marching here and marching there.

Part of the proof of this is that special powers were reportedly given to the police prior to the summit.  Why?

Another part of the proof is the elaborate security arrangements when no one I know of in Toronto cares about the G20 one way or another. (I don’t read the mainstream media much these days so admittedly I’m guessing that no one cared.)

Are we then watching the wounded body of the cabal twitching in its death throes? Are we seeing it, in Toronto and elsewhere, acting out its long-planned scenarios, with no ability to deliver the results they once could? Is the cabal a Wizard of Oz, discovered behind the curtain, who hasn’t the courage to give up the game as lost?

I think they are a paper tiger. Yes, we may see more events like the pathetic attempt to start a riot in Toronto which, in past years, would have led to the suspension of more civil rights and the extension of the police state. But, in the present climate, it’s like a brief thundercloud that melted away, as indeed it should.

I think we’re beyond the cabal’s Grand Plan and the cabal are the only ones who won’t admit it.
