This article is part of an ongoing Examiner.com series on the BP Gulf of Mexico oil spill and its environmental, economic, social and exopolitical impacts.
The BP oil spill operation in the Gulf of Mexico has been variously analyzed as (1) “a looming environmental mega-disaster;” (2) “a corporate/governmental cover-up of a catastrophic environmental disaster;” and (3) “a disaster capitalism false flag operation to wreck the environment in the Gulf of Mexico and the eastern U.S. seaboard as an act of environmental war.”
As set out in the Examiner.com article below, the environmental, social and economic impact of the BP oil spill operation is catastrophic, though difficult to measure because of the lack of reliable information from the U.S. government and BP. Physicist Dr. Michio Kaku, who stated that “A hurricane strike in the Gulf of Mexico would dump an oil and water mixture all over the South, potentially reaching hundreds of miles inland,” has addressed the possibility of “the oil leak lasting most of our lifetimes.”
One report now indicates that “Florida Governor Charlie Crist is preparing to declare a major state of emergency in Florida with evacuation of coastal residents, especially those prone to the deadly benzene fumes, being a top priority for state emergency responders.” Senator Bill Nelson (D-FL) has confirmed reports that the BP wellbore is pierced and oil seeping from seabed in multiple places.
Dispersants may compound the environmental and health impacts of the oil spill. “According to the Environmental Protection Agency about 1.08 million gallons of dispersant have been deployed in the Gulf, with 779,000 gallons used on the surface and 303,000 gallons used under the water. Jerald Ault, a professor at the University of Miami, said Corexit could have “significant” effects on the food chain and on environmental and human heath.”
Examiner.com has documented the operational existence of Tesla-based teleportation as an operational technology for transporting goods and people over distances in the classified U.S. defense projects. Likewise preliminary evidence has established the existence of U.S. space vehicles using anti-gravity energy and other advanced propulsion systems.
The U.S. government has historically classified teleportation exclusively as a weapons technology, for transporting troops to battle locations, or personnel and goods between secure military bases.
The environmental, economic and social impacts of the BP oil leak operation may mobilize public awareness and political will to transform this policy decision, and make teleportation available for civilian use, worldwide.
How the BP oil leak operation may affect extraterrestrial disclosure, either by governments or by specific extraterrestrial civilizations themselves, is an unknown “wildcard.”
One researcher has taken the view that a grey and reptilian-based extraterrestrial hyper-dimensional alliance is concerned about humanity because of our propensity to environmental degradation. The researcher highlights an environmental catastrophe as the trigger for open relations between humanity and the greys and grey-human hybrids. He states, “If these accounts of salvation are true, then the aliens’ message is clear: After the catastrophe, whatever it is, takes place, the late-stage hybrids and perhaps the aliens themselves will engage in a general integration into human society. As one hybrid told [contactee] Claudia Negron, ‘Soon all life will be changed. People will be different.’ Presumably, we will all live in peace and harmony. The environment will be healthy and there will be no more war or conflict.”
This Examiner.com article examines whether the BP oil spill operation is likely to accelerate disclosure of teleportation, anti-gravity energy and/or the extraterrestrial and UFO presence.
BP oil spill: environmentally catastrophic and a game changer
The scope of the environmental, social and economic impact of the BP oil spill is just coming into public view, made more difficult by the lack of reliable public data from the U.S. government or BP.
Public opinion in a recent ABC News/Washington Post poll rates the response to the BP oil spill “worse than Katrina. By more than a 2-to-1 margin, Americans support the pursuit of criminal charges in the nation’s worst oil spill, with increasing numbers calling it a major environmental disaster. Eight in 10 criticize the way BP’s handled it – and more people give the federal government’s response a negative rating than did the response to Hurricane Katrina.”
One early assessment stated, “Federal and Gulf state sources are reporting the disaster has the real potential cost of at least $1 trillion. Critics of the [reported] deal being worked out between Obama and [BP] point out that $10b is a mere drop in the bucket for a trillion dollar disaster but also note that BP, if its assets were nationalized, could fetch almost a trillion dollars for compensation purposes.”
This early assessment continues, “The invasion of crude oil into estuaries like the oyster-rich Apalachicola Bay in Florida spell disaster for the seafood industry. However, the biggest threat is to Florida’s Everglades, which federal and state experts fear will be turned into a “dead zone” if the oil continues to gush forth from the Gulf chasm. There are also expectations that the oil slick will be caught up in the Gulf stream off the eastern seaboard of the US, fouling beaches and estuaries like the Chesapeake Bay, and ultimately target the rich fishing grounds of the Grand Banks off Newfoundland.”
One economic forecast indicates that “Florida’s Gulf Coast to lose 200,000 jobs from massive oil spill [and suffer a] 50% drop in tourism.” Another report states, “According to FEMA and Corps of Engineers sources, the White House has been resisting releasing any ‘damaging information’ about the oil disaster. They add that if the ocean oil geyser is not stopped within 90 days, there will be irreversible damage to the marine eco-systems of the Gulf of Mexico, north Atlantic Ocean, and beyond. At best, some Corps of Engineers experts say it could take two years to cement the chasm on the floor of the Gulf. There is another major threat looming for inland towns and cities. With hurricane season in effect, there is a potential for ocean oil to be picked up by hurricane-driven rains and dropped into fresh water lakes and rivers, far from the ocean, thus adding to the pollution of water supplies and eco-systems.”
Another recent report states, “BP’s oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico may be up to four times the scale estimated by a government scientific panel, pumping out 100,000 barrels a day in what equates to the company¹s “worst case scenario” and prompting new accusations that executives are stonewalling the truth. The news — revealed by one of the members of President Obama’s Flow Rate Technical Group, a panel that previously estimated that the flow was in the region of 12,000 to 25,000 barrels a day — counter to BP’s claims that it is now capturing “the majority” of the oil and channeling it into a tanker.”
Renewable energy and petroleum-driven transportation systems
Renewable energy sources such as geothermal, solar, tide, wind, wood, waste are currently estimated to amount to less than one percent of total energy sources. One source states, “It was estimated by the Energy Information Administration that in 2007 primary sources of energy consisted of petroleum 36.0%, coal 27.4%, natural gas 23.0%, amounting to an 86.4% share for fossil fuels in primary energy consumption in the world. Non-fossil sources in 2006 included hydroelectric 6.3%, nuclear 8.5%, and [renewable energy sources – geothermal, solar, tide, wind, wood, waste] amounting 0.9 percent. World energy consumption was growing about 2.3% per year.”
Petroleum-driven vehicular transportation systems, such as airports and airplanes, highways (tucks, automobiles, buses), trains and train tracks, account for disproportionate land use in urban areas and environmentally destabilizing in urban, suburban and exurban areas, and to the natural environment.
Teleportation is a viable, operating transportation alternative to petroleum-driven systems
Teleportation is a fuel-less, non-polluting transportation system that also does not have the detrimental land use impact of vehicular transport.
Teleportation is a good candidate as a future transportation technology in the civilian marketplace because it does not have the adverse environmental impacts of petroleum-fueled internal combustion engines of trucks, buses, cars, and airplanes, and the adverse environmental impacts of the infrastructure of highways, etc. despoiling nature.
Operating teleportation has existed for the last 40 years in U.S. defense department classified projects.
Teleportation technology is now operational and can transform the transportation of people and goods worldwide, within cities, between cities and regions, internationally, and even at a demonstrated inter-planetary scale.
On June 9, 2010, Andrew D. Basiago and this reporter Alfred Lambremont Webre participated in a 4-hour roundtable that included discussion of the environmental crisis triggered by the BP Gulf oil spill, the present state of teleportation technology, and the ability of teleportation to supplant petroleum-based transportation systems. The roundtable itself was dedicated to the memory of Robert “Bob” Beckwith (1919-2009), one of the original engineers in DARPA’s Project Pegasus that developed Tesla-based teleportation and time travel during the period 1968-1972.
Listen to roundtable discussion
Examiner.com readers can listen to the special roundtable “The Deep Politics of Mars,” broadcast on Truthfrequencyradio.com by clicking here.
Mr. Basiago, an early participant in DARPA’s teleportation program, stated that Mr. Beckwith boarded a U.S. Navy warship berthed in Tampa Bay, Florida, and was shown specific equipment that related to the ship’s teleportation capability. Mr. Beckwith also confirmed that the B-2 bomber has teleportation capability. In four interviews before his death, including independent interviews with researchers Andrew D. Basiago, Alexandra Bruce and Kenn Thomas, Mr. Beckwith confirmed the existence of DARPA’s Project Pegasus and its development of operational Tesla-based quantum access technologies, including teleportation and time travel.
In the June 10, 2010 broadcast roundtable, Mr. Basiago recalled how, at the time of Project Pegasus, Mr. Rumsfeld reiterated that the purpose of teleportation was military, for example to deliver troops to the battlefield as needed. Donald H. Rumsfeld was the defense attaché to Project Pegasus during the early 1970’s, when Mr. Rumsfeld was officially serving as a counselor to President Nixon and member of his Board of Wage and Price Stabilization. In DARPA’s Project Pegasus, the executive decision was made to limit teleportation to its military, and hence secret, applications.
Examiner.com has reported whistleblower evidence by former U.S. armed forces serviceman Michael Relfe, former Department of Defense scientist Arthur Neumann, and former DARPA Project Pegasus participant Andrew D. Basiago independently verifying their teleporting between secure U.S. military facilities using operational Tesla-based teleportation technology. Former Command Sgt Major Robert Dean, at the 2009 Barcelona Exopolitics Conference, also detailed operational teleportation between secure U.S. government facilities in Nevada and at Pine Gap, Australia.
Extraterrestrial civilizations and the environment
Extraterrestrial civilization’s concern for the Earth’s environment is a central focus of policy statements about extraterrestrial disclosure, and of reports of communications by specific extraterrestrial civilizations to human contactees and abductees.
1. Communications to U.S. Pres. Barack Obama about the environmental impacts of extraterrestrial disclosure
The following excerpts from a presentation on extraterrestrial disclosure dated January 23, 2009 from Dr. Steven Greer, director of the Disclosure Project, to Pres. Barack Obama emphasize the positive environmental impacts of disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence and advanced energy technology, and underscore the environmental concern of extraterrestrial civilizations.
“Because of this misguided secrecy, the wondrous new sciences related to advanced energy generation, propulsion and transportation have been withheld from the people. These advances include the generation of limitless clean energy from the so-called zero point energy field and quantum vacuum flux field from the space around us, and propulsion that has been termed (incorrectly) anti-gravity. The field of electromagnetic energy that is teeming all around us and which is embedded within the fabric of space/time can easily run all of the energy needs of the Earth – without pollution, oil, gas, coal, centralized utilities or nuclear power.
“The disclosure of these sciences and their wise application during your first term as President is the most pressing matter before you. These sciences will create a true new energy economy allowing mankind to solve our most pressing problems of global warming, poverty and resource depletion.
“The constellation of problems that include global warming, biosphere degradation, air pollution, energy security, Mid-East policy, a collapsing geo-economic order, growing disparity between the poor and rich of the world, over-population and human sustainability on Earth, to name but a few, are all interconnected and directly affected by the secrecy surrounding this subject. The solutions lie not in old thinking and technologies but in a new consciousness applying new sciences. These sciences were born in the late 19th and 20th centuries but were abandoned and suppressed due to the lust for power, greed and out of fear of unsettling the status quo.
“These visitors, however, appear to be very concerned with unchecked human hostility, war-making and weapons of mass destruction, combined with our early potential for space travel. The tendency for people to engage in anthropocentric projection leads many to assume a threat where none exists. It is more likely that humanity may be seen as a threat to the cosmic order, insofar as we have failed to restrain the expansion of weapons of mass destruction while attempting to push farther and farther into space. Moreover, we have failed to initiate an enlightened and peaceful diplomatic mission to these extraterrestrial visitors. This needs to change immediately.
“Immediately fund the study, development and careful release of those new energy technologies that can quickly replace fossil fuels and nuclear power. (See www.TheOrionProject.org). Note that these technologies, since they acquire energy from the zero point energy field of space/time, will allow for the retirement of the electric energy grid. We are in possession of documents and information regarding key facilities and assets connected to these technologies (see attached documents). We recommend that the propulsion and transportation aspects of these technologies (electro-magneto-gravitic systems) be released at a later time when the world security situation has improved;
“Establish high-ranking liaisons with Congress, the UN and other governments to coordinate these projects and the release of the new energy technologies”
2. Environmental catastrophe as a cause for extraterrestrial intervention
One researcher, Dr. David Jacobs, studies communications between grey hyperdimensional extraterrestrial civilizations and the humans they abduct. Dr. Jacobs contends that the grey extraterrestrials are communicating to their abductees that an environmental catastrophe on Earth will result in an intervention and integration of the grey and human-hybrid civilization with humans on Earth.
Dr. Jacobs argues that perspectives such as Dr. Greer states are misleading, stating “Taken as a group, the Positives’ message [such as Dr. Steven Greer’s] is that humans have conducted their affairs in a way that will lead to the degradation of the planet and the end of the human species. Humans have caused poverty, ignorance, and overpopulation, and they risk environmental catastrophe and atomic annihilation. The concerned aliens are “educating” abductees to warn us of what is to come if we do not change our behavior.”
Dr. Jacobs’ concludes that the grey hyperdimensional civilization is engaged in genetic farming of the human race and has developed a human-hybrid race, which will integrate with the human race following an unspecified, and possibly, environmental catastrophe.
He states, “If these accounts of salvation are true, then the aliens’ message is clear: After the catastrophe, whatever it is, takes place, the late-stage hybrids and perhaps the aliens themselves will engage in a general integration into human society. As one hybrid told Claudia Negron, ‘Soon all life will be changed. People will be different.’ Presumably, we will all live in peace and harmony. The environment will be healthy and there will be no more war or conflict.”
The BP Gulf of Mexico oil spill operation may have the dimensions of, or be a precursor to an environmental catastrophe of the scale that hypothetically would fulfill the message of the grey hyperdimensional extraterrestrials that following a large environmental catastrophe, an integration of human-hybrid and human society may take place, for the environmental good of the planet.
Jim Sparks, who has spent 18 years as a “keeper” or grey hyperdimensional trustee, states, “The alien-human hybrid life form is neither a created worker, nor a human, nor an alien, but a combination of human and alien. It is part of the alien’s insurance policy. They are creating a being that is more alien than human – at least more alien than we are. This way, if we fail to turn our environment around and we die off, after the dust settles, they can repopulate the Earth with hybrids that could possibly be more adaptable to the Earth’s changed environment. They need far less food, water and energy, yet still have enough human raw material to be useful to the aliens.”
Disclosure and a truth amnesty process
Hyperdimensional extraterrestrial contactee Jim Sparks has published the results of a meeting he had with grey and reptilian extraterrestrial representatives about the environmental condition of planet Earth. According to Mr. Sparks, the ET representatives stated that they “contacted Earth’s leaders because your planet is in grave trouble.” The grey and reptilian representatives went on to state that U.S. governmental authorities are aware of this danger and of the solutions, and have the energy and other technologies to bring the planet back into balance. When asked why the those in governmental authority are not making these new energy technologies public and avoiding the environmental catastrophe, the ET representatives reportedly stated that, “They view disclosure as a military and security threat.”
Mr. Sparks then asked the grey and reptilian representatives how this impasse could be broken, and disclosure achieved.
They responded, “Amnesty. Complete amnesty to those in power, governments and leaders who have been suppressing the truth. They can’t be held liable for any past wrong deeds. It is the only way these leaders can come forward with the truth. It is necessary that you do this in order to work together and survive.”
How to evaluate the BP Gulf of Mexico oil spill operation’s impact on disclosure
1. Environmental impact of BP oil spill operation – Estimates of the impacts of the BP oil spill are serious, particularly with regard to the impacts of the oil and dispersants on the ecology and human and animal populations of the Gulf of Mexico area and perhaps the eastern coast of the U.S. A worse case scenario for the BP oil spill could prove a tipping point for the ecology, economy, food supply, and habitability of the Gulf of Mexico and its surrounding areas.
2. Acceleration of disclosure of sequestered technologies – A technical key to the acceleration of disclosure of sequestered technologies such as operational Tesla-based teleportation and so-called anti-gravity propulsion technologies is a declaration within the U.S. government – both its constitutional and black budget branches – that these technologies be designated for civilian, as well as military (weapons systems) purposes. At present these technologies are designated exclusively for military purposes. The disclosure campaigns for the release into the public sectors of these teleportation and antigravity technologies must grow into mainstream public campaigns.
3. Disclosure and a truth amnesty process – There may be merit in examining a structured truth-amnesty approach to release of the now sequestered teleportation, anti-gravity and other advanced planet-saving technologies. These may have been implemented in the black budget economy during the past 40 years, involving actions that are violations of constitutional norms and statutes, as well as crimes against humanity and war crimes. Many crimes may have been committed in the U.S. government’s ET technology transfer and abduction agreements, as well as in its MILAB activities.
4. Extraterrestrial monitoring of the environment – There is eyewitness evidence that specific hyperdimensional extraterrestrial civilizations may be abducting humans and creating a human-hybrid race for integration in the event of a large scale environmental catastrophe. The BP oil spill may be a precursor of such a catastrophe. Exopolitics – the science of relations between intelligent civilizations – and general exopolitical awareness among humanity may be a survival science for the human race in decades to come.
