David Wilcock alleges that the Icelandic volcano, like the Haiti and Chilean earthquakes, was an event caused by the Rockefeller faction of the Illuminati. The reason for the Icelandic volcano was to stop all European travel as a way of threatening the European Space Agency, which David feels is going ahead with a disclosure scenario.
The ESA does not feel it can, at least initially, simply come out and say that ETs are here in big numbers. Instead, they plan to reveal the results of their study of the Mars moon, Phobos. Those results indicate that Phobos has been hollowed out and serves as an ET base.
This announcement will then cause growing interest in the public on the subject of ETs and lead to a general announcement of the existence of ETs all over the universe.
To stop that announcement, David says, the Rockefeller faction blasted Iceland, probably with HAARP technology (although David does not say that), and created the perfect storm that stopped all European travel.

ESA’S BIG POWER-MOVE
I have the benefit of [Richard] Hoagland’s home telephone number and a rapport where we can talk whenever I can spare the time for it. After emails started pouring in about his most recent news, I dropped everything on the book for three hours, and spoke to him directly.
This information is so ridiculously time-sensitive that I have taken time away from my urgent deadline to keep you in the loop about what is now happening in real time.
Rather than quoting from Part I and Part II of the updates on Richard’s site, where he goes to great lengths to establish a scientific criteria for what he was told, and presents evidence that it has been ‘leaking’ in subtler forms for some time now, I’ll share with you what he told me in his own words.
Over 100 different ESA scientists are working on the Phobos puzzle. One of their spaceprobes zipped around it and bombarded it with high-intensity energy fields, which took snapshots of the moon down to a millisecond of accuracy.
This was done in a three-dimensional pattern around the entire moon. The effect is akin to ground-penetrating radar — and the more snapshots you take, the more you can filter out the ‘noise’ and see what the inside actually looks like.
The scientists who spoke with Hoagland have already seen the complete three-dimensional reconstruction of the interior of Phobos. It is hollow. And…
It is absolutely, unquestionably, one hundred and god-zillion percent artificial inside.
Cubical rooms up to a half a mile in diameter. Bulkheads. Structures. Habitable spaces. Right-angle geometry. And apparently even signs of an atmosphere — though we are not clear as to how they know that:
In describing the internal geometric structure of this “moon” as revealed by MARSIS, our European ESA contact repeatedly emphasized that “several of these interior Phobos compartments also appear to still be holding some kind of atmosphere ….”
Our source repeated this several times … raising all kinds of fascinating questions regarding “how” the radar could, in fact, determine this — that some of the vast “rooms” inside Phobos (remember “from a quarter to half-a-mile in diameter …”) were STILL “maintaining an internal pressure” ….
WHAT TO DO WITH IT?
According to the scientists who spoke with Hoagland, it has already been decided that this is going to be announced to the public. For obvious reasons, he was not told when this would happen, but it seemed very clear that it was intended to be some time this year.
It may also have been planned to arrive significantly sooner rather than later.
Again, the minute you make a prediction, or try to make these plans actually happen, you’ve changed the future for very tangible reasons. The wrong people find out about it.
It is also not clear whether the folks behind ESA hope that we will help pave the way for their announcement by talking about it first.
The contact made with Hoagland seemed to be intentional — and by extension, they knew it would percolate to many others, including myself, as one of his chief associates. …
LOOK BEHIND THE SCENES AND FIGURE IT OUT
The recent volcanic activity from Iceland has created an indeterminate, total shutdown of European airspace. After a raft of enormous earthquakes, even the fence-sitters must be very well aware that the Earth is not in a normal state at this point.
Fear is the only thing stopping them from going deeper into asking why these things are happening.
Given that the Rockefeller faction has access to technologies that can create large-scale Earth Changes, if I were really wearing my tin-foil hat nice and snug this evening, I may be inclined to wonder if Iceland is the next round of Rockefeller faction moves like we saw with Haiti and Chile.
It’s just so doggone convenient for them.
European Space Agency. Ready to blow the whistle. Ruin their empire. Major, major problem. Irreversible. Permanent. Devastating.
How to strike back at them? Paralyze all travel over the entire European continent.
ANOTHER THREAT
It’s another threat. Another counter-move to stop the inevitable from happening.
Hoagland was told ESA was moving forward with this, and published it, before the volcano started going off.
We do not know exactly when ESA is planning to disclose. It could have been, and still could be, very soon.
And let’s talk about those two big earthquakes for a minute. Both of them were clearly correlated, by multiple insider sources, with an artificial triggering mechanism.
In both cases, the quakes were designed to stop the total free-fall collapse of the Rockefeller empire by threatening the South American countries involved in the dismantling of their financial architecture, as you read in earlier entries I wrote here in David’s Blog.
SAD BUT TRUE
It’s a sad state of affairs that the Rockefeller faction is a lot smarter than most people who read about conspiracy theory — regardless of how savvy the readers think themselves to be. This is a source of great amusement for the elite. Of that I am absolutely certain.
Even as people awaken, they are led down the exact paths that have been made for them to travel — so they will come to those very same conclusions they are intended to believe.
The propaganda articles are much more prevalent than genuine journalism. Go look at a conspiracy site, pore through the links, and you are diving into a veritable ocean of disinformation.
It becomes so much fun to hate someone public — such a passion — that many people literally don’t want that fun to be spoiled. They will rage against it even in the face of unequivocal evidence. They hate so strongly that they are absolutely furious that I will not join them.
