Selling Conflict and Retribution

Having looked at the social paradigm of conflict and retribution that the cabal foisted on society over the course of the last many decades, (1) I’d now like to examine one source of the social programming that was engineered to dumb us down and think in terms of promoting conflict and seeking retribution, unawares: television, including the movies that end up being aired on TV.

This article was originally written a few days ago and may have been part of what led up to seeing the social paradigm of conflict and retribution.

It takes time to produce a TV show. Many of the shows we’re seeing now I believe were conceived a while ago. The message that they’re sending is a message that was probably conceived of, approved of and financed some time ago, I’d imagine. Not like I know.

Thus, even though the cabal has been, in my estimation, defanged, much of the TV broadcasting that was approved some time ago is still airing or only reaching the air right now.

It’s my belief that the programming that makes it to the air is designed to dumb us down and lull us into accepting a dualistic lifestyle that promotes conflict and seeks retribution. But before going there, let me review a set of premises that I grew up under by way of contrast.

I was born immediately after the Second World War. I was part of the baby boom that was divinely designed, as I understand it, to bring the world’s population numbers back up after the war had decimated them. An Indian guru that I respected particularly drew our attention to the number of males born in the after-war years and said these were designed to offset the number of males lost.

I’ve heard that my parents’ generation had fought and paid the price for freedom and democracy and now wanted a share of the benefits. And they got them. They received good jobs, with good benefit plans, pensions, unionization, sometimes paid education, civil rights, a social safety net, definitely a return on the grim investment they thought they had made in this world’s working.

On TV, the programming reflected their aspirations. I grew up on Ozzie and Harriet, Leave it to Beaver and Life with Father. In each episode, something went amiss or some small crisis happened but it was always solved in a civilized manner and to the satisfaction of all, with a lesson from benevolent Mom or Dad folded into the process.

We were on the road to solving the world’s problems and nothing could stop us, just as the world’s most destructive regimes had failed to deter us.

Those programs are long gone and the impulse behind them is long forgotten. What arrived in its place, readers of this blog well know about: The destabilization of the national and world economies, the centralization of wealth, the destruction of benefit packages and the social safety net, the automation of work and the marginalization of the worker, the erosion of civil rights in the face of false-flag threats said to be from without but really from within, weather warfare, pandemics to cull the population, on and on.

What also took its place was a rabid form of patriotism, religious fervor (God on our side), and fear of “terrorism” (which terrorism was mostly foisted on us by our own authorities). All of this, I maintain, was carefully planned. (2)

Add to all this a general dumbing down of the population by the control of news, the elimination of investigative reporting, the destruction of education, food and water additives, chemtrails, vaccines that sickened us, again on and on.

On and on as well one could go detailing the undermining of the values that had a brief fluorescence after the Second World War and then were buried under an avalanche of manipulation.

And nowhere is that more apparent than in the programming we watch on television.

I’ve said many times how the programming on TV today is almost entirely threat-based. An endless diet of crime dramas reinforces the idea that life is not safe. An equally rich vein of action-hero movies endlessly repeats an “us against them” theme, portraying life as a struggle for survival in which only the fittest survive. The threats to life could be aliens, bacteria, criminals, rogue military officers, terrorists, freaks of nature, severe weather, anything at all, but the message remains that “life is not safe” and “we must protect ourselves.”

Those who are seen as peripheral to life’s success are the victims in the movies. So whichever group is racially or religiously in the minority is regularly killed off early in the plot, women and children may be sacrificed, and only the truly strong – and beautiful – survive. It’s as if programming had succumbed to eugenics. In fact the eugenics theme has been said to be one of the preoccupations of the elites that control our programming. (3)

But I’m seeing another factor in our hypnotization and dumbing down on TV programming and I call that factor “magic thinking.”
