Christie Pennington, The Lightspeakers
December 2010, www.thelightspeakers.com, Christie’s Message
I wrote this the other day to a close friend who was feeling down. In rereading it, it seemed just right for my message here.
The time for struggle is coming to an end. We are having trouble tolerating the denser vibration of struggle that is so familiar. We move away from it and then find ourselves pulled back in, disappointed in ourselves when we find we’ve returned, yet sensing that it isn’t quite as comfortable nor quite as familiar as it once was. Our tolerance level for sorrow and struggle has shifted, yet the back and forth dance continues for a bit longer. We now more than ever, have the opportunity to give up our addiction to it. Many of us have been addicted to struggle and or sorrow on some level for a very long time. Strange as it may seem, we have chosen to keep on playing out the same patterns, the same identity, the same character in the play over and over, though we may say ‘I don’t want this anymore!’
It a time of unraveling of what was, the coming to an end of past performances. We now, through the incoming energies, have been offered the ability to see, to vision, a change of course, a change of character. Though the play may be the same, we can and will be different players enacting within it. We are becoming more impeccable in our trust in ourselves, able to follow implicitly our own inner guidance more completely, steering only the course that truly serves us and the higher process of which we are a part, though we still may not carry full awareness of this at all times.
It is our decision, our choice to lift ourselves, and one another to this higher level of recognition of which we are capable. Difficulties and challenges still will arise but our recovery time is shorter, how we respond is changing, and completely up to us. We are so much more aware of our ability to choose to believe what the world engenders as truth, or believe in our power to choose our own. This new level of awareness means it is our responsibility to embody this within ourselves and dispense it to the world.
We choose to open to the new, listening intently to our souls, as we are increasingly more aware of our individual plan, while discovering our new levels of perception allow for the ability to tweak it. We are truly light-bearers, capable of living in our light and sharing it more than ever before. The perfection within the imperfect is unfolding daily in our lives, if we adjust our eyes, visioning the potential, by aligning to a new possibility, both individually and collectively. Such alignment is based on our recognition of what is true for us and the living of it fully.
