No Martial Law
Matthew Ward mentions martial law four times between September 6, 2004 and September 24, 2008. Since then, unless the archives are incomplete, there has been no mention of the subject. Does this mean that martial law is now so far out of question that it doesn’t arise as a topic? It seems so.
In the first reference, Matthew responded to a question about whether or not President George Bush will declare martial law before the elections of 2004. The question arose in the context of the hurricanes then devastating Florida. Matthew’s response was:
“What the dark minds intend is to precede a declaration of that unique significance with an event of such profound impact that the populace will easily submit to martial law. Such an event would require a reaction that would rival the shock of ‘9/11,’ and God has authorized ET civilizations to prevent all major terrorist attempts, which they have done successfully several times during the three years since September 2001.” (1)
That response led to another question: “Does the field of potential indicate that martial law actually will be declared in this country?”
“At this point the predominant energy is in that direction, but the potentiality hasn’t yet enough momentum to arouse much opposition so it is premature to make any speculations.” (2)
Notice, in this first mention on September 6, 2004, his — at least, to me – startling remark: “The predominant energy is in that direction” of declaring martial law. Yet, by the next time the phrase was mentioned, thirteen months later, the lik
“This situation is like SARS, the much publicized virus last year, but with a new twist insofar as the talk of imposing martial law in the United States if patients there are diagnosed with the disease. Just as was SARS, this strain of flu came out of a laboratory by dark intent, and like SARS, this virus also has been neutralized by extraterrestrial technology.” (3)
If we can generalize from his message, then ET intent and technology will counter and respond to every occasion that would make the imposition of martial law politically possible — a conclusion that’s borne out in the other six channellings where the words “martial law” occur (see below). But first, we do need to remember that, according to Matthew and others wise to the ways of humans, we must do our part by letting go of the fear that shuts out our awareness of love.
“Creating a world in panic is one aim of the Illuminati, who are behind this new flu virus’s initiation. Due to the superior technology of ET forces, those with a dark agenda have failed in their major terrorist attempts since ‘9/11,’ so they are trying this biological fear tactic again.
“Yes, they do know that very likely for the same reason that SARS did not develop as they desired, neither will bird flu; however, by the additional threat of martial law with mandatory quarantines and inoculations, they are counting on sufficient fear-filled thought forms to allow the advertised disease symptoms to develop.
“Without light, except the spark that is their souls’ life force, the dark ones regard others as expendable, and their aim is to achieve a double victory: a frightened populace demanding vaccinations, which have harmful ingredients, and justification for a police state starting in the US and extending globally. You have the power to deal them a double defeat by NOT feeling any fear whatsoever!” (4)
Then, as usual, he points out that we are partners in the process of Ascension, and announces:
“We are aware that this new flu is the peak concern of many who have heard the media’s dire warnings and who do not know that neither the disease nor martial law can come to fruition if they choose otherwise. Enough of you DO understand the universal law of manifestation and know that focusing on health in mind, body and spirit for all of Earth’s peoples will create this instead of the goals of the dark minds.
“A comparative handful of people knew that thought forms about SARS not being a real threat would prevent its materializing as such, and that thought forms to diminish hurricane Rita’s force would reduce that storm’s velocity, yet both of those results came from the collective energy put out with those intentions. The same is true in this case of bird flu, and we are immensely heartened by the numbers of you who feel no fear at all about it.” (5)
In other words, it doesn’t take that many people to create a thought form with critical mass. Even a “comparative handful of people” who consciously work to transform fear into love can and do shift future probabilities.
On November 1, 2005, Matthew again states, “They will not be successful in starting an endemic of avian, or “bird,” flu. They will not be successful in imposing martial law throughout the country.” (6)
Aside: in this particular channeling, and I assume others around it (I did not start reading Matthew until 2010), he claimed that the Bush administration would fall, collapse, by the end of that year, 2005. So Matthew isn’t infallible! Not just the pope, not even our other-dimensional friends and guides are infallible. It is well to remember this. We need to continuously check in with ourselves, our own hearts, to discern whether what is said resonates with what we know or feel.
We don’t step into the same river twice. The only constant is change. Just as there was a discernible difference between Matthew’s attitude toward the possibility of martial law in the first channeling that mentions it and the second mention thirteen months later, so perhaps the likelihood of the Bush administration collapsing rapidly diminished after November 1, 2005.
Matthew seems to be able to comprehend and articulate a detailed and largely accurate cross-section, if you will, of the various energetic currents that wrap around this globe like rubber strands around the inside of a peeled golf ball. Yet the analogy breaks down when you add “time” to the equation. The multiverse is moving.
On August 13, 2006, he addresses martial law in the context of the economic collapse:
“Will Bush deflate the dollar 50% to cause the collapse of his country’s economy as an excuse to invoke martial law? We do not see martial law having any headway in the field of potential, and since Bush’s country is bankrupt, the economy can only improve with the collapse of the current system, wherein the Federal Reserve—an Illuminati private banking consortium—along with individuals in this dark cabal in other nations, are the ‘owners’ of the country.” (4)
On June 2, 2007, Matthew responds to a question about the then recent executive order that gave Bush
“. . . total decision-making authority to respond as he sees fit—i.e., martial law and all that implies—in whatever he chooses to designate an ‘emergency.’ Let me give you another perspective of this seemingly Draconian measure: The peak of the Illuminati is aware that their control of Congress has become frighteningly tenuous and they designed this centralized presidential power to retain their own grip.
“As an Illuminati member himself, Bush willingly complied with the group’s dictates, just as he has throughout his tenure in office, but this will profit them naught! ALL instances of injustice throughout your world, whether legislated or simply imposed upon Earth and all her life forms, CANNOT last; their darkness is being consistently exposed and either is transmuted into light that anchors on your planet or enters the universe’s neutral energy pool.” (5)
On February 24, 2008, he again mentions the subject of martial law, this time lumped together with all sorts of other dire threats that human imagination so willingly conjures unless centered and attuned to a larger awareness:
“You may think it is superfluous for me to mention still again the critical need for using keen discernment about all information and trusting your intuition as to whether it is falsehood or truth. However, since my mother is still receiving emails from people who are alarmed about those reports of worldwide evacuation plans as well as various prophesied types of dire happenings like the imminent imposition of martial law, millions will be rounded up and put in concentration camps, belligerent ETs will invade your planet, and all-out nuclear wars brewing, I think there cannot be too much emphasis upon discernment and intuition.
“Furthermore, our repeated assurances that NONE of those will befall you seem to fly out the window each time a fear-filled report makes the Internet rounds. The light will not permit any such reversal in its ever-increasing intensity, and Earth did not endure many, many centuries of the tyranny and bloodshed that caused all the negativity, just to have her current beloved inhabitants experience more of it!” (6)
“Martial law” comes up again on April 19, 2008, when Matthew looks at speculation that the cabal will manufacture a false-flag “space invasion”:
“There are pockets of speculation, even belief, that as a last resort to retain control, dark ones in power will stage a ‘space invasion’ to unify all peoples in a common fear of the alien invaders. Thereupon the stagers would impose martial law, arrest dissenters on a massive scale, and create chaos never before seen on your planet.
“Even as they give no recognition whatsoever to the many reports of UFOs in your skies, they would try to plausibly fit those sightings of spacecrafts into their ‘invasion’ plans. Oh my! What is in chaos is the mentality of the ones who would try such a stunt! There will be NO ‘space invasion,’ and you can rely on your benevolent brothers and sisters to thwart efforts to bring the ‘little grays’ in battle gear out of their underground cities as proof that aliens have landed.” (7)
Finally, on September 24, 2008, Matthew places martial law within a perspective that places both our fears and our longings into the revelatory light of the two watershed events that will break the cabal’s stranglehold on human consciousness and planetary well-being:
“. . . as long as any dark tentacles are lashing out, dire-sounding pronouncements, predictions, speculations and warnings will continue to swirl, and judging from emails my mother is receiving, these cause concern even to lightworkers.
“To ease minds about several issues that keep popping up in Internet articles or channeled messages: There will be no war with Iran; concentration-type camps will not be filled with the millions who oppose government policies; no “Planet X” or any large celestial body is on a collision course with Earth; there will be no need for your space family to evacuate all peoples before planetary cleansing makes Earth uninhabitable; NESARA is not an event that will be ‘announced.’
“And these current issues: Russia will not engage in a major war and neither will China; and martial law will not be declared to postpone the US election and keep the Bush administration in power—a dramatic event would be needed to achieve that, and technologically advanced souls off-planet and living among you would prevent that kind of attempt. First, the undeniable presence of other civilizations. . . . [italics added]
“And when it happens, it will be extremely disruptive especially within the US government, which long has been under Illuminati control and thus denied even the possibility of other civilizations’ existence, much less admit that extraterrestrials have met with its leaders and the consequences meted out to those beings who came with only peaceful intentions.
“Second, the truth about who planned and executed ‘9/11.’ [italics added]. In the higher vibrations in which Earth is now orbiting, that truth cannot be hidden much longer; when it emerges along with its even deeper purpose than controlling oil resources in the Mideast, which is to dominate the entire planet and kill or enslave its peoples, the Illuminati’s long reign of terror will meet its just end.
“The global impact of these two major events is part of the ongoing world transformation and spiritual renewal of Earth’s humankind, the God-blessed ‘ascension’ joint venture with your space brotherhood that all of you on the planet chose in pre-birth agreements to be participants.” (8)
Matthew therefore assures us that the Light forces are in control of events and that ruses designed to lead to martial law will not succeed and hence martial law will not be declared.
