Golden Age of Gaia, and its charitable division, the Hope Chest, (the “Company”) is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. For purposes of this Agreement, “Service” refers to the Company’s service which can be accessed via our website at https://goldenageofgaia.com [or through our mobile application], in which users can: view Golden Age of Gaia original content, listen to radio programs produced for Golden Age of Gaia via InLight Universal, view news and editorial aggregated from the world wide web by Golden Age of Gaia curators, interact with other online users via a registered forum, send email to the Golden Age of Gaia “contact-us” and Hope Chest request form, and interact with users via Facebook. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company known as Golden Age of Gaia, and it’s charitable division, known as The Hope Chest. “You” refers to you, as a user of Service. I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Personal Information includes only your email, which you submit to us through the registration process when signing up to receive our daily newsletter and registering to use our online forum.
1. Information collected via Technology
To activate the Service you do not need to submit any Personal Information other than your email address. To use the Service thereafter, you do not need to submit further Personal Information. In addition to the information provided automatically by your browser when you become a subscriber to the Golden Age of Gaia online forum you will need to create a personal profile. You can create a profile by registering with the Service and entering your email address, and creating a user name and a password. II. HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION

We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us.
