I managed to capture what looks like a STRONG energy return being broadcast / sent into I-65 in central Indiana.. at the town of BATTLEGROUND. Clearly seen along the roadway only.. with NO clouds in the entire area.. this is truely a rare thing to catch on RADAR.
In this satellite shot, they are clearly laying “chemtrails” or “cloud seeding” the storm out ahead of the coming system. The activity is off the coast of FL-GA, near Jacksonville.
