Most "terrorists" like the shoe bomber (above) are mind-controlled Manchurian candidates
Britain has announced an elevation in its terrorism-threat level today and I’d like to take the occasion to mention how these threat-level alerts are used to manipulate the public.
In 2004, Matthew explained how the process of elevating threat levels worked. Notice his allegation that the Madrid train bombing was a false-flag operation.
Matthew Ward: “If people on Earth knew just how much destruction in life and property has been attempted and thwarted, they would reel at the extent to which the dark forces go to retain their control and marvel at the vigilance and capabilities of the extraterrestrial light forces in preventing it.”
Suzy Ward: “Can you give examples?”
M: “When your major media are instructed to send out the colored alerts and specifically mention “soft targets” like sporting events, concerts and shopping malls where a mass of people will be congregating, you can know that terrorism does NOT occur on that scale because the attempts have been prevented. I am not tracking these occasions so I can’t give you an accurate count of these ET interventions—PREventions—but Nirvana’s [i.e., Heaven’s] monitors of Earth could do so.
“This is not arbitrary interference by the ETs nor is it a denial of the free will of those who participate in the terrorist plans and attempts; it is the collective feelings of Earth’s population for NO terrorism that is the invitation to the ETs to act. For those who did not see my comments on the train bombings in Spain, I’d like to mention that it was the cleverness of the dark minds that allowed that effort to be successful. The darkness outwitted the light on that occasion and while it was a great sorrow for us and more so for those who believed the false location information regarding the detonators, scrutiny was further tightened after that tragedy that was to have been prevented. And as usual, those who are blamed are not the ones responsible.” (1)

be crystal clear about that, the validity did not lie in “Arab” or “Muslim” terrorism, but in government-engineered terrorism.
Suzy Ward: “OK! Now—is there any validity to the intelligence reports that raise the alert level for potential terrorist activities?”
Matthew: “Actually, yes, there is to some extent, and the reason is that the ones who give the signal for the higher alerts to be announced are the same ones who do the terrorizing. If the alert alone causes widespread fear, the dark forces don’t need the act itself to generate the negativity they desire and that fear produces. But they can’t pull that off too often or the alerts would become ho-hum. It is when public complacency starts to set in after an alert or two are baseless that our space kin become evermore wary.” (2)
In 2008, Ker-On of Venus, speaking through Mike Quinsey, warned us that these threat-level announcements were part of a plan to extend draconian surveillance and control over the population: “The biggest factor that the dark play on are your fears, which they create by their words and actions. There is no better example than the terrorist threat, and the consequent draconian laws to exert even greater control over you.” (3)
SaLuSa reminded us in 2009 that “what you call false flag incidents are carried out to maintain an atmosphere of fear.”
“However, you are coming around to realizing how and by whom, you have been kept under control and for what purposes. These are the times when there is present a great energy for truth, unearthing the depths to which you have been oppressed for millennia of time by the intent of the Illuminati. This is all part of the necessary cleansing process, which will allow for changes that shall restore your sovereignty and most importantly – your freedom.” (4)
Having recently arrived on the other side of life, Montague Keen looked into the matter and found that every major terrorist attack of recent times had been engineered and financed by the cabal.
“This Evil Cabal gives the encouragement, the money and supplies the ammunition to all these dissident groups. Peace is the last thing they want, if there was peace they would lose control. They have supplied the money for every conflict and to both sides. Because people are waking up, they now desperately seek conflicts to support, they control only by fear. …
“Every so called ‘attack’ was financed and directed by them. Do you have enemies, yes you do, the people who hold the purse strings, those same people who control your Governments. The moment you understand this then their game is up.” (5)
Like Montague Keen, SaLuSa felt that most incidents in this century have been false-flag or black operations:
“You have had to deal with several major incidents in this century already. Each one such as 9/11 was meant to induce fear, based on false claims that you were under a terrorist attack. Consequently the reasons were found to exercise even greater controls over you than any previous occasion.” (6)
The events of 9/11 are the best example of the use of state-sponsored terrorism to enact security legislation, as SaLuSa advised us a short time ago. He says that too many people involved in that attack remain in power for the truth to come out.
“At present there are still too many people with power who have collaborated in the false terrorist attack who can exert pressure upon those anxious to release the truth.
“There is … anger that the Government still holds to the official version [of 9/11], even although it is quite clear that it cannot possibly answer all of the questions. We want to tell you that all of those involved in the conspiracy will be exposed, and they will answer for their crimes against Humanity. In the greater scheme of things, every soul will face every action that has led to the injury or death of another soul.
“We do not wish to dwell on 9/11 as the truth of what happened on that fatal day is becoming public knowledge. It has not achieved the results that the dark Ones desired, but as a result it has brought about a new set of tough security laws. All of these contrived situations are simply to exercise stricter controls over your freedom of movement.” (7)
The Mumbai assault was a CIA black op, Matthew Ward says
The Mumbai assault was also a black operation, Matthew says.
“The deaths, injuries and property destruction in Mumbai, India, were the work of the Illuminati-controlled faction of the CIA. Known as ‘black ops,’ that event and others similar to it, as well as lesser destructive efforts by zealous individuals, come under Creator’s “free will” cosmic law that the rulers of all universes are bound to obey.
However, by honoring Earth’s free will to never again experience any terrorist activity like “9/11,” God has authorized extraterrestrial intervention to prevent all such attempts and they have successfully done so more than a dozen times since September 11, 2001.” (8)
I am under the impression that the attack on the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma was a flase-flag operation as were the London bombings, many of the Pakistani bombings, and the exploits of the shoe bomber and underwear bomber.
The reason most people don’t consider airplane bombings as black ops is that they don’t factor in the use of mind-controlled Manchurian candidates. Matthew tells us that “the clumsy ‘Black Ops’ attempt on Christmas Day to explode an airplane” used “a very confused individual operating under mind control.” (9) It’s my understanding that many of the shootings and assassinations since World War II have also employed Manchurian candidates.
So I recommend that Britons not be fooled by the current Jan. 2011 manipulation of “terrorist” threat levels. Rather they should be on the lookout for a government plan to increase surveillance or control of the population as the likely reason for the government to raise the “threat of terror.” They should also be aware that concerted forces on Earth are on the move to close down the cabal and that raising threat levels may be one response to those actions.
