A Peaceful, Gradual Approach

We’ve heard Matthew say how the CIA “black ops” unit provided the manpower for 9/11 and the leading officials of the Bush Administration provided the authority.

Beyond invading countries and lowering the living standards of so many people, they began a phony “war on terrorism” which provided the cover for all else that followed.

Out of that conspiracy, because “conspiracy” it was, a new edifice of control arose.

It took in the Department of Homeland Security, the National Security Agency, the Federal EmergencyManagement Administration, the military laboratory at Fort Dedrick, parts of the Environmental Protection Agency, and many, many other confederates in a vast network of individuals and organizations that intended to erode the civil rights of Americans and others around the world.

It included the Federal Reserve, elements of the judiciary, police and military, and a large number of financial, petrochemical, technological, communications and even religious companies and organizations, all of which aligned on the overall plan of world domination.

We know this through the medium of channeled messages. And via channeled messages as well we know that the approach to dissolving the problem that these organizations presented to humanity may perhaps not go as we might want or expect. Archangel Michael told me in an interview on An Hour with an Angel that the Federal Reserve, for instance, would not be shut down but reformed.

“There will be new vitality breathed into the area of the Federal Reserve. It is in conjunction with the, what you can think of as global reorganization of financial systems. … I am not speaking of the collapse of financial systems, which would cause panic and disarray. But what we are talking about is reorganization.

“Now, usually reorganization is a bureaucratic term for shuffling the deck with the same cards. That is not what I am referring to.

“We are talking about reorganization of financial systems — political financial systems, bureaucratic financial systems, global financial systems — that are becoming more congruent with the divine qualities of equity, of fairness, of ethical behavior, of charity, of prudence, and of becoming.

“And so you can look to not only the leadership, but the role of the Federal Reserve to begin to shift dramatically.” (1)

If it were left up to me, I’d shut down the DHS, CIA, NSA, FEMA and numerous other alphabet agencies. But there’s a more refined plan at work here and it may be a tough sell, even to other lightworkers. Part of it is containment. Archangel Michael explained the new process of containment in 2012:

“We have a process that you do not understand, because you tend to think in terms of your reality on Earth, of course. But you can think of it as a process of containment and of restraint so that these beings are restrained and contained, and for all intents and purposes, for your purposes and references, they are taken out of action. Or the actions that they are permitted to participate in are mostly illusion, and they do not affect the collective. In fact, if anything, they simply bounce back at the individual. …

“We have never spoken to you, or we have not spoken in such a public forum, let us put it that way, of putting restraints or containers around those who do not wish to contribute to the growth and the evolution and the shift of Gaia and of the human race.

“But if you are looking for storm troopers, dear one, if you are looking for the activation of forces, then you are looking in the wrong place, because what you have need to do and what I am asking you to do is … to begin to witness and to observe how these beings are being restrained and contained. And how what you think of as their sphere of influence is simply disappearing. …

“So this I ask of you. Do not become entrenched in what you think is going to be a third-dimensional quasi-military maneuver to go to people’s homes and put people in jail or in contained environments. The containment is on a whole, completely different level.” (3)

We saw that containment took even some galactics like SaLuSa by surprise. SaLuSa was predicting mass arrests until Archangel Michael outlined the new use of light boxes. Perhaps three-quarters of a year after they were introduced, SaLuSa also acknowledged them.

“In the past there have been many references to arresting those who are the ringleaders of the dark Ones, and steadily they have been rounded up. You have also heard of ‘Containment’ and in this way we have been able to severely restrict their activities. Mass arrests were considered likely to evoke panic amongst you, as few would have had any knowledge of why it was happening.

“So we have opted for gradual changes and placed our representatives who are our allies, in positions that give more control to those of the Light. However, once we can come out openly, you will then see rapid changes taking place for which we have long been prepared. We assure you that you will eventually enjoy all of the benefits that have been promised to you, and we will be doing all we can to assist you.” (2)

Keeping the Federal Reserve and containing the cabal rather than arresting them were not the only changes. Matthew Ward told us about another: the plan to bring in altogether new governments had also been superseded.

“The provision of NESARA that calls for the resignation of the entire US government no longer applies. The act was written more than a dozen years ago when the president was a top-ranking Illuminati—he is among the defectors who became active lightworkers—and almost everyone in Congress was either a member or under the control of Illuminati outside the government. Rejoice with us that this is not the case today!” (4)

I’d imagine that the nearness of Ascension (expected next year) makes many plans and lines of conduct inadvisable. If we’re to spread peace around the world, bring in prosperity, introduce our star family to terrestrials, and position ourselves in readiness for the shift, beginning with mass arrests and closing all the agencies tainted with corruption and black purposes is apparently too disruptive and counter-productive.

But the level of trust required to proceed in the manner we apparently are doing is high and calls upon lightworkers to let go of their desire for radical, sweeping action such as mass incarceration. Easing matters is the continuous increase in elevating light energies and the massive clearing that everyone on the planet has been doing throughout the “chaotic nodes” and other times of release.

Nonetheless, the energy levels on the planet are apparently not high enough yet to permit the return of the masters, Archangel Michael told us recently:

“My purpose as archangel of peace is to anchor peace on Earth on behalf of the Mother/Father One. And until that has truly taken place, there are many other events, such as the return of particular masters, that do not and cannot take place, because the vibration is too low. So every opportunity in the physical realm, in the human realm, of bringing forth peace has need to be heartily, immediately, and deeply, embraced.” (5)

What it calls upon us as the section of lightworkers aware of the Divine Plan generally and the plan for the redemption of Earth’s governmental, adjudicative and enforcement arms particularly is to hold the space for these more gradual and peaceful means of reviving our social structures to take place. Not many people would accept the reality or importance of our sources … yet.

That makes our job somewhat more difficult. Many of us are weary of waiting, wanting more tangible signs than we have, and wondering when we’ll experience more ease and ability in our lives to impact events.

But the real job for us right now, in my opinion, remains capitalizing on the peace of mind that knowing about these things affords and holding the space for what are immensely complex and vast operations to take effect, as we take our first steps into the lower planes of the Fifth Dimension.
