One request that Michael has made of me is to map out a new and different way of communicating. Michael explains:
Steve: When you say world leadership, is that in communication? Because I can’t think of an area that I lead in except communication.
AAM: Yes, it is in the arena of communication and it is also in the arena of, particularly, how one communicates. (1)
How one communicates. Hmmmm…. Also: How one listens. Alright. I’m game.
A milestone for me in that was sharing a withhold which I had kept hidden away. (2)
Looking back I now see that the price of keeping it hidden away was me playing small.
And increasingly I was feeling myself less and less able to do so. The shoe no longer fit the foot. The shell no longer fit the crab. The caterpillar was building its cocoon.
I’m reminded of a passage from William James, prior to his process of post-mortem Ascension:
I feel myself growing out of myself in a certain fashion. My adopted characteristics are becoming too small and cramped to contain my new growth and development, and I will move on most certainly to larger psychological quarters [i.e., Fifth Dimension/Mental Plane].
It is not only the physical body we outlive, but the psychological house we have chosen [astral body]. First after death we add new rooms and suites to accommodate our greater experience, but it is soon obvious that the entire structure has had its day. We must move out of it completely. (3)
In the Divine Mother’s pattern of creation, preservation, and transformation, this was the time of transformation – of Shiva, of a change in form to meet a new need, of evolution.
I need more of me to be present and consciously functioning and I know, from my time in the growth movement, that sharing our withholds is one sure-fire way to increase our “presence.” Remove the barriers. Get to the root of our core issues (or vasanas).
So I want to draw a line under what that withhold shared. You can see the impact on me of sharing it.
As I said earlier, there are withholds which it would not be prudent to share. And I have a few, as does practically everyone I know. It’d be like Samson sharing the secret of his power – the secret was that his hair had never been cut. And then, while he slept, Delilah cut it.
If we were to share things that shouldn’t be shared, the agencies would use them to ridicule us and set us back sometimes irrecoverably.
There’ll be time later for the actors to introduce themselves. As if they needed it or wanted it, which they don’t.
But I’m willing to bet that all are united in wanting to complete their missions successfully. That, as I’m seeing more each day, calls for patience, humility, and consideration.
