White Hats on October 16, 2026, arrested International Criminal Court Judge Kimberly Prost of Canada hours after arrival in the United States and minutes before meeting Obama Foundation Chairperson Martin Nebitt at Jônt, D.C.’s costliest restaurant.
Prost flew from Montreal to Dulles International Airport, landing around 2:00 p.m. EST. Unseen eyes tracked her from the terminal into a waiting Cadillac Escalade, followed by three cars to the Dupont Circle Hotel reservation under her name.
On October 10, wiretapped calls showed Prost sought incriminating evidence from Nebitt against President Trump for ICC war crimes charges against him, War Secretary Pete Hegseth, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio. A White Hat source at JAG Pensacola said the Office of the Prosecutor drafted frivolous charges after U.S. forces abducted the Venezuelan President on January 3, 2026, and on February 28 sealed an indictment accusing Trump of the wanton murder of 175 Iranian schoolgirls via a misdirected Tomahawk strike on a Minab elementary school.
Investigations blamed a targeting error from outdated intelligence. Trump has said mistakes happen in war, nobody did it on purpose, and responsibility may never be clear, while open to findings without full acknowledgment of U.S. responsibility. Sources report the ICC finds Trump liable for war crimes, and President Tomoko Akane of Japan wants him shackled and dragged to The Hague for crimes against humanity.
Intercepted calls revealed ICC judges told Obama’s people they had smoking gun dirt proving Trump knew Venezuela and Iran military actions were illegal yet approved them. Prost was sent to collect the dirt from Nebitt. Major General David Bligh authorized Washington Navy Yard JAG investigators to arrest her for espionage, abetting the enemy, and foreign election interference.
On October 16 at 6:45 p.m., Prost requested an Uber. The portly woman with cropped hair sneered at the bearded African American driver, unaware he was a Navy Cross recipient, the second-highest naval decoration below the Medal of Honor. He drove to an underpass where two black SUVs waited. Six armed men surrounded the vehicle as she protested being abandoned on the wrong side of town. The driver said she was federally finished.
