Hello, our dear ones. We are the Arcturan Council. It is always a tremendous honor for us to come through to convey messages, but also, of greater importance, to convey energy to help you all understand that we are energetically and spiritually connected to you.
We have long served as guides and watchdogs for humanity. We always come with the highest love, and we are here to share the wisdom that we have amassed over eons. We hope that this wisdom may be received by each of you in a way that will allow you to connect individually, as well as collectively, to the love that empowers all of you.
We wish for you to know, though this has long been stated, that the very core energy that comprises the universal fabric is the energy of love. And from the vibration of love, much is born; much evolves. When an individual or a form of consciousness migrates away from the frequency of love, they simply experience something that is devoid of love, allowing different frequencies of energy, such as resentment, fear, or anger, to move in and through their experience.
But what we wish for all of you to know is that because the very fabric of universal energy is anchored in love, it is the most powerful; it is the most effective. And it is not only effective in allowing each and all of you to connect to each other, primarily through your heart chakra.
Remember that this heart chakra is the very foundation of the cosmic web. When you connect into each other’s heart chakras, you actually fortify and increase the flow of cosmic love. And that energy serves to fortify your chakras, your vessel, and your very essence in a way that creates resilience, as well as a natural immunity or shielding against any energies that do not orbit in the frequency of love.
This is, we are going to say, part of the power of the frequency of love.
But there are many ways in which the energy of love may be actively and consciously leveraged and applied. And we are going to speak for a moment about shifting your perspective, which in and of itself is one way through which you can transmute energies within yourself, while also helping to transmute energies held by those around you.
Now, we are going to give you all perhaps a technique for when you are experiencing resentment, anger, disconnection, or separation. All of these stem from the broader frequency of fear, which is the very antithesis of the frequency of love.
When you are experiencing that, we invite you to be present with those energies. Bring and pull those energies into your heart space. For remember that it is your heart chakra that is the strongest emitter of electromagnetic energy and frequencies. When it is synchronized with the universal frequency of unconditional love, that is what you enable yourself to behold and vibrate at.
When you pull in any fear, any anger, anything that feels disharmonious or that feels like any degree of discord, when you pull that into your heart, here is how you transmute those energies with the energy and the frequency of love.
Be aware of how those energies are making you feel. Perhaps you are feeling this in your heart. Perhaps you may be feeling anger or fear in another part of your body or your being.
What we invite you to do then is simply park the energy of fear, anger, or frustration, and shift your perspective and focus back onto the energy of love in your heart. You may focus on an individual that you love. You may focus on a time in which you felt or received tremendous unconditional love.
Simply remembering the experience allows you to reconnect with the highest frequency of love. For to remember is to once again behold and weave that frequency of love back into your heart and ultimately throughout your entire being.
What we then invite you to do, when you feel connected to the memory and to the energy of love, is to surround that energy and simply learn to envelop or engulf the frequency of anger or fear that you are feeling.
This may involve moving the fear and the anger into your heart and allowing the frequency and the energy of light and love to simply swallow the denser energies.
Or, if you are feeling discord or disharmony in another part of your body, work to project the energy in your heart chakra to the part of your body where you are experiencing, whether emotionally or physically, anything that is not in alignment with love.
And once again, infuse and insert the frequency of love and light into the place of discord and disharmony within your body.
This is, we are going to say, a very rudimentary and easy way that you can begin to transmute any and all feelings, experiences, and emotions that are within you.
Always focus on intensifying, expanding, and brightening the frequency of love throughout your entire body. For some of you, if you behold this frequency quite strongly, you may even feel a tingling, a buzz, or a very light vibration within your body.
This is a positive sign. Behold it, recognize it, and be grateful for the experience.
If you are struggling to transmute the energy of anger and fear, what we invite is a higher and broader perspective.
Now, this is the second piece to working with and tapping into the power of the frequency of love.
If, for example, your anger is directed at an individual or a situation, focus your energy, your light, and your love upon the individual who may be triggering you. Surround them with light. Surround them with love.
Now, peer into their heart chakra. And remember that, as a universal truth, all beings, whether they are acting in accordance with love, whether they are expressing or choosing the path of love, at their core, there is always light.
Begin to see and recognize that light.
Now, as you do this, what you do is begin to bridge your heart chakra energy with their heart chakra energy. They are receiving this, even if not consciously. They are receiving this unconsciously.
To receive love from you enables them to reinstate and uplevel their frequency in a way that allows them to vibrate at a place of love. That, in part, will allow them perhaps to reorient toward a better and higher path, to make choices that are steeped in the energy of love rather than all energies that are the antithesis of love.
Now, take this perspective deeper, remembering not only that you are all interconnected, that you are all part of something larger—unity consciousness, the Great Oneness—but begin to tune into the heart chakra of that individual and simply visualize them as an infant.
Visualize them as being innocent and perfect.
Understanding that in their youth, in their life, in their childhood, much like all of you, you have all experienced your own level of wounding. It is that wounding that has shaped you. It is that wounding that has created core beliefs, all of which drive your behaviors, your actions, and your decisions.
Not all core beliefs are anchored in the place of highest love. Core beliefs are often shaped and created to protect an individual. It is what the wounded ego creates in order to shield oneself.
And so, when an individual angers you, whether directly or indirectly, remember that those are their projected wounds. And the best way to heal their wounds is to send them light and love.
For to direct hate or frustration at them only perpetuates and strengthens that vibration in their field. To send them love is to harmonize their field. But it also creates a bridge of harmony between you and them.
And the more you do this with all that and those who may trigger you in whatever shape or form, the more you are contributing to the overall health and stability of the cosmic web that interconnects and uplifts all of you from a place of love and compassion.
You each have the ability to infuse your hearts with this love, to benefit from its healing energy, but also to send this energy to those around you without attachment as to whether or not you notice or observe any tangible change in their way of being or in their behavior.
Simply trust, our dear ones, that energy is always moving and flowing, and that your thoughts and your intentions are at the helm of this energy.
Bring love to the power that your thoughts hold and see how it transforms your experience, how it heals you and the all.
