Right now, there is an incredible amplification taking place within the mental and emotional fields, bringing intrusive thoughts, fears, insecurities, doubts, shame, scarcity, and deeply held patterns much closer to the surface. For some people, this amplification has become incredibly intense.
These thoughts don’t create something within us that wasn’t already there. Instead, they are finding the piece within us that holds a matching frequency and turning up the volume.
For example, if you carry a particular insecurity at a level two, it exists, and under certain circumstances you can feel it, but it doesn’t dominate your life. Then an intrusive thought comes through carrying that same frequency, and suddenly what was a two feels like an eight.
The danger is believing that because something has become louder, it has somehow become more true. Intensity does not equal truth.
In many ways, this amplification gives us an extraordinary opportunity to see what has been quietly influencing our choices beneath the surface. The fear that talks us out of something, insecurity that convinces us we aren’t ready, the shame that tells us we are not enough, or the doubts that appear the moment we begin moving toward something that actually lights us up.
We have been conditioned to assume that if we feel something strongly enough, it must mean something. If fear becomes intense, something must be wrong. If doubt gets loud, we assume we’re making the wrong decision. If our mind produces enough reasons not to move forward, we may believe stopping is wisdom.
But fear is not usually intuition, and the loudest voice within us is not necessarily the one we should follow. Sometimes fear becomes loud because we are approaching something that takes us beyond what we have previously known ourselves to be.
We can acknowledge what is present and still choose differently. “I see the fear. I understand why it is here. And I am not allowing it to determine my direction.”
When I asked my team to show me what was happening on a larger energetic level, they showed me an image of a marble with multiple pathways stretching out before it.
I understood the marble to represent each of us individually. Each pathway represented a different potential trajectory, while the marble carried frequencies that resonated with those paths.
One path might resonate strongly with scarcity and survival. Another could hold the familiar patterns we have lived within for years. Another might be shaped by proving, overworking, hiding, or choosing what feels safe. Another trajectory could move us into experiences we have never had before because it requires us to trust ourselves, follow what is opening, and make choices from a deeper level of soul alignment.
What struck me most about this image was that what we carry influences the direction we are pulled toward, but it does not determine where we have to go.
We still have choice. We are the ones in control of our destiny.
If fear, scarcity, shame, or self-doubt becomes amplified and we allow that frequency to make our decisions, we begin moving the marble toward the pathway that resonates with what we are carrying. We talk ourselves out of the opportunity. We stay in the relationship, job, identity, or situation we already know. We choose what feels familiar rather than what feels alive.
But we can carry the exact same fear and make a completely different choice. We can be terrified and still go, doubt ourselves and still try, or feel insecurity and still allow ourselves to be seen. We can have absolutely no idea how something is going to work and still recognize the unmistakable pull within our heart telling us that this is where we need to move.
Acting ANYWAY changes the trajectory.
The current energies are part of a tremendous refining and sorting process, but I don’t see this as one collective sorting where humanity is being divided into neat categories or placed onto one of two timelines. This is deeply individual.
Each person is being shown what they carry, what they believe, fear, trust, and ultimately what they allow to have authority over their choices. Our mind is constantly receiving, interpreting, predicting, remembering, comparing, and attempting to protect us based upon everything we have previously experienced.
When we over-identify with every thought that passes through it, we can lose the ability to distinguish between mental noise, old programming, fear, and the much quieter knowing of the soul.
For some, this amplification is becoming deeply destabilizing. We see people making rash decisions, behaving erratically, becoming consumed by thoughts they cannot seem to step outside of, and in the most serious situations, experiencing thoughts of harming themselves or others.
This is where grounding, support, and creating quiet space to go within become critically important, giving us the opportunity to separate from the noise of the mind, reconnect with ourselves, and remember that we are not every thought that moves through our minds.
What is being amplified is giving us an opportunity to see what has been influencing our choices, often without us even realizing it.
A point exists between what arises within us and what we choose to do with it. That is the point of choice.
Sometimes alignment looks like absolute certainty, but even with that clear knowing, it may also contain feelings within of fear, doubt, and insecurity. We choose what our heart is urging us toward. We choose what we desire, what feels alive, and what our soul continues to call us toward, even when the mind gives us a thousand reasons not to. Do it ANYWAY.
The fear doesn’t have to disappear for us to stop choosing from it.
