Thousands of federal election auditors are moving into place. Executive action is closing the voter rolls, locking down eligibility and tightening chain of custody. Now, DHS is opening the machine layer.

The three vendors controlling more than 80% of America’s voting systems admitted their machines contain Chinese made components. Classified intelligence confirms that China, Iran and Russia have the technical capability to access election related networks and systems. DHS is now tying full federal security grants to manual counts of the paper ballots.

USPS envelopes receive unique barcodes and end to end tracking. GPS data follows the movement of ballot mail through the postal network. Watermarks and other physical authentication can expose counterfeit or substituted ballots. Paper hand counts test the machines. Federal auditors trace every discrepancy back through the precinct, network, vendor and foreign supply chain.

The flow is LOCKED DOWN:

The voter is verified.
The ballot is authenticated.
The envelope is tracked.
The paper is counted by hand.
The machine total is forced to match the physical record.

[They] built the steal inside the gaps between those layers. Trump is closing every gap.
