Dr. Steve Turley is a bit sensationalist, but this presentation is pretty juicy. Giorgia Meloni was having some shade thrown her way because of her position that some immigration is actually necessary. I get where she’s coming from, though, because really, she’s dependent on the EU for her country’s energy, and the Vatican is a power in Italy that basically can’t be ignored. What’s a world leader to do besides donning her tightrope-walking shoes and getting on with it?
According to Dr. Steve here, she’s actually showing the way forward for the world to preserve national identity in the face of single-minded invaders. It’s all about recognizing an ideology as a religion…or not. And Italy isn’t the only country that’s setting necessary boundaries in the interest of self-preservation.
