The Ascending are entering an era of emergence, living in the moment, guided by intuition, desires, and inner knowing. Life will begin to feel more organic, requiring the self to adapt, flow with change, and collaborate in new ways. Rest, nutrition, nature, time, and reflection will support the ascending through this intense transformational phase.
Allowing for emotions and tears to flow, even without clear reasons, this is beneficial as ascending self navigates profound shifts at a deeper soul level. This planetary phase requires openness, curiosity, and a willingness to expand in change with kindness and patience towards the self and others. Kindness and compassion are the dominant energies of the new Earth .
The Ascending self may be feeling drained and totally exhausted. This signals a need for rest and integration. Lion’s Gate physical ascension symptoms are often accompanied by an overwhelming need for rest, which is needed to ground and alchemise higher light codes. Stomach discomfort, bloating , purging , sinus congestion, dizziness , feeling disoriented, deep fatigue, achy bones, skin irritations, irritability , intolerance. Every Lions gate portal will always unleash extreme energies of both dark and light . The Lion’s Gate energies have been feeling strong for the past weeks and especially in the last few days. The energy of Beingness has been a great preparation for the continued amplification of our Creative Harmonic in the August energies. We will now integrate all we have been experiencing in the past months to prepare for the benevolent month of lighter energies in September .

If experiencing extreme tiredness, it’s important to recognise that you are also transmuting collective dark energy. As light bearers and servers, you receive, transmit, and transmute energy, awakening souls are clearing interference, and greatly assisting in this profound planetary shift.
The physical body may feel exhaustion and stress, it’s helpful to learn to discern between self’s own energy and that which passes through you. Resting when fatigued and acknowledging your transmuting mode can ease discomfort. The high levels of fear and anxiety require re-qualification through pure, open channels, clearing the debris from the human vessel / blueprint .
The ascending are anchoring the higher frequencies into the human vessel, the ascending collective are holding their centre point as they now embody and emit a much higher vibration, serving humanity’s planetary transformational shift. Understanding that energy is malleable and not personal allows for effortless flow and avoids attachment, energy moves in the direction we qualify it to . Letting go of past distractions, obsessiveness, anxieties and conditioned fear.
The ascending self is learning to become far less emotional and reactive, beginning to recognise how deeply emotions influenced their identity they believed themselves to be. There is now a growing detachment from the experiences, narratives and circumstances they once believed were real, as they begin to understand that not every emotion requires a reaction and not every experience defines who they are. This detachment creates a deeper awareness, allowing them to observe rather than become consumed by what they feel.

You are Divinely supported at this time of greater change and transition. The self’s ability to create is magnified, what you now choose to focus on manifests with far more ease.
