I want to acknowledge that you’ve kept the lights burning at this lightworker enterprise for seventeen years. And there’s a side to it that I’m not sure we fully appreciate.
Giving dana or donations to monks is a well-established tradition in India and Southeast Asia. But supporting monks, or in this case lightworkers, in North America is not equally a part of our culture.
In fact the mainstream media of the Sixties and Seventies ridiculed spiritual practitioners as the “Me Generation.” I’m amazed that western spirituality survived the ridicule, negative coverage, automation downsizing, etc., etc.
But here you are and here we are, together, who knows how far from the finish line. You’ve proven that a lightworker blog can survive in western culture, simply by donations. You’ve kept the light burning.
For, me that’s big. It’s an index of the generosity of lightworkers generally that it should be possible.
I’m moving ahead with my plans to educate myself to communicate so as to reach a global audience. I can illustrate one thing it requires: Think of a spectrum, with Negative above the left pole and Positive above the right. In the middle is Neutral.
That’s where I’m working on speaking from, neutrality, the balanced middle, in preparation for this blog expanding significantly when the time is right.
Unfotunately the news reporting is often tremendously slanted and biased. And I have to rely on you to eat the fruit and spit out the seeds because the reporting of events that are really happening is quite limited.
