Sharing to Get Present

Hellloooo-oooo!

 

I’d like to switch into awareness mode here and do what, in the Growth Movement, we would have called “sharing.”

I can’t take it for granted that everyone knows what I mean by any potentially-new vocabulary.

A share is a personal communication, usually about one’s self, and often designed to relieve one of a secret they’ve been carrying and no longer want or a communication that they need to make to get present. Mine is the latter.

Events have piled up and I need to share to get present again. As with vasanas, I include you in my process.

I went through a day of stress yesterday when a new statement of Reval stipulations came out that looked to reduce my dreams for the Michaelangelo Fund from being global in reach to being at the most provincial (/state), with an accent on the municipal (Vancouver).

Which is fine. I’m not attached to what form service takes. But the compression was hard and unpleasant and all my feverish estimations of its impact were sending me into a tizzy.

AND the fact that a simple change in market conditions, so to speak, could have this much impact on me, financially, brought me face to face with the risk that I’m taking on – as are we all – and the thought of it bowled me over.

I’ve purposely led the sheltered life of a writer. This is going to be altogether different.

A second share arises to be communicated to get present.

On or around April 11, 2026, as you know, I dropped my character armor. The process of which that event was the highpoint started with me throwing a temper tantrum at Heaven on April 8.

My existing capabilities and energy levels were not up to the task I’m fulfilling. The way I put it, shouting at Heaven, “I need a bigger brain.” And a more open heart. I was so angry I was doing the spiritual equivalent of kicking the bed with my feet and screeeaaammmaming.

I’m being asked to act globally (1) but left with no memory, inadequate hearing, other conditions, etc.  Lemme outta here!

A dimension in which there is loss and sorrow, guilt and shame. I don’t NEED to be here!!!!

OK, stop the camera. Notice how completely this situation fits with what Murray and Goethe said:

“Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too.

“All sorts of things occur to help one that would not otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one’s favour all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance which no man would have dreamed would come his way.

“I have learned a deep respect for one of Goethe’s couplets:

“’Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it! Boldness has genius, magic, and power in it.’”  (2)

Mine was a messy cry for help but it wasn’t hesitant and it was committed. See what it led to?

After vomiting repeatedly for about 12 hours, I mostly slept for four and a half days. I ate nothing.  I had brief waking periods.

During one of them I experienced, in my mind’s eye, a metal plate, like a breastplate, fall away from me and hit the ground with a clatter.  And I asked myself, WHAT WAS THAT! An inner voice said, “Your character armor.” Ohhhh, and I fell back to sleep.

But when I awoke finally, I felt different. And I observed it and arrived at the conclusion that the different way I felt was I felt normal.

All these years, I’d felt off the mark, unconfident, unsure of myself – abnormal. Now I felt normal.

So, even if mine was a messy request, there was total commitment behind it. At “gut level,” I got that “the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too.”

And I got something else as well. I got that what I call “gut level,” the Divine Mother calls “divine knowing.” We discussed the matter once when I asked her about following channeled advice in an online message that turns out to be wrong.

Steve: Am I correct in continuing to say to myself, “The source is not what they say they are but it doesn’t matter. I am still serving Archangel Michael.”

Divine Mother: You have reached the place of this clarity. Now, dearest heart, this is exactly what I am talking about in terms of your divine knowing. And nothing is swaying you from that balanced center of knowing. So it does not matter whether somebody says they are channeling Hilarion or Mickey Mouse.

You know that you are serving my beloved Michael and I would like to suggest to you, Sweet One, not to distract you, but you are also serving me. (3) [My emphasis.]

I know exactly what she means by that phrase now. I’ve located it in my field of experience, recognized it, and now should be able to exercise it more. We shall see.

What an inestimable privilege to have been able to discuss things with the Mother. I’ll cite one more really important instance for me, in the footnotes. It’s a vanity share. (4) I need a boost at the moment.

But yes, what we used to call a “gut feeling” covers much of the same territory as “divine knowing.” And then there are deeper and deeper levels of divine knowing, I’m sure.

The process that Murray and Goethe described was what happened on April 11 (Factory Reset). (5) Because I was 100% behind my demand, without making threats, but damn well angry, my soul team responded by dropping my character armor.   Just as, on another occasion, they opened my heart. (6)

Thinking about the help we get from the other side is, I believe, new to humanity. We’ve tended to frame spiritual advancement as a matter of individual effort and then God closes the distance. (7) It’s more of a cooperative dance than that, as the Divine Mother indicated above. (8)

I’m just lucky to have spoken with her. Because I’m fortunate, I feel a responsibility to share as much as is appropriate in this adversarial political/social climate. I often worry that it sounds like bragging, but some of the exchanges are so illuminating that I risk being judged adversely.

I assert that what is being said to me could equally be being said to you. Michael explains:

AAM: Are we [archangels] in partnership with every being on the planet? Yes. But it is difficult when you are in a partnership and the other person does not realize it. So we are working with those who realize we are in partnership. And so that is why we are having these conversations. (9)

I was simply lucky enough to have had the readings, thanks to Linda. But my job has always been to be “Everyman” anyways.  And write about it. (10)

Wow, I feel so much better sharing a few things.  It all builds up after a while.

Steve: I so much know that, Mother.

Divine Mother: You always have [served me]. And so, yes, how we have constructed this is that you are employed, you are in joint venture, you are in sacred partnership with Michael, with Me-Ki-Al, and that is the way that you have chosen and that he has chosen and that I have chosen for you to proceed.

Steve: Yes, Mother. Thank you for confirming that.

DM:  Let us give you further insight into this. So, if you were channeling with somebody and they said it was Hilarion, and in fact it was Hilarion, understand on our side the conjoining is so much stronger [with Michael] that Michael would simply funnel through Hilarion what needs to be said.

(4) Imagine you have a theory and its one of the foundational theories below all your spiritual research and writing. And suddenly the opportunity presents itself to ask the Divine Mother/Father One if your theory is correct. Maybe you can imagine how blown away I was:

Divine Mother: You are one that, because of your adherence to Truth, likes to go to the Source. That is alright. That is the way it has been designed.

Steve:  … What is the way it has been designed, Mother? …

I mean, the Source, the One wants to know itself. Is that correct?… And it can’t because it’s everything. So it’s taken the aspect of Yourself and designed a universe in order for us to learn our true identities. The moment of Enlightenment is when God meets God. Is that correct?

Divine Mother: That is correct. … Yes, it is designed this way.  (Loc. cit.)
