Harmeet Dhillon sent legal documents to every state’s top election officials, reciting federal law that governs elections.
They now cannot pretend that they didn’t know the law before the midterms, and if they don’t clean up their voting registrations and remove the non-citizens and dead people, they will be criminally liable for “knowingly” violating the American people’s right to vote.
They took an oath to uphold election laws.
The Trump administration, with the help of DOGE and AI, can easily determine how many dead people are on the voter registration rolls, and how many non-citizens.
And they will be able to easily determine how many of them voted AFTER the election, too.
The choice is theirs now.
