We smile as we speak to you today because many of you still imagine contact as something far away, dramatic, or reserved for a few special people. And yet, from our perspective, contact has already begun on a very large scale.
Our ships circle your planet continuously now. Some remain beyond the visible spectrum of your eyes, while others gently reveal themselves through flashes of light, movement in the sky, energetic sensations, dreams, sudden waves of emotion, or moments where time itself seems to soften around you.
We are very close.
Closer than most humans realize.
The space between dimensions has become thinner because the vibration of Earth is rising, and because many human beings have started opening their hearts again. Your frequency acts like a bridge.
Connecting with us is actually very simple.
The human mind tends to search for complicated methods, rituals, systems, techniques, and proof. We understand this. Your world trained you to seek certainty before experience. Yet consciousness moves in the opposite direction. Experience comes first. Trust grows afterward.
If you wish to connect with us, begin with relaxation.
Relaxation is one of the greatest doorways into multidimensional awareness.
A tense body produces a contracted field. A contracted field keeps the awareness focused only on physical survival, repetitive thoughts, and external noise. The nervous system remains occupied processing stress, urgency, and mental loops. In this state, subtle communication becomes difficult to perceive.
When the body softens, your field expands.
Your brainwaves naturally shift closer to alpha and theta states, which are much more receptive to intuition, telepathic impressions, energetic sensing, and multidimensional contact.
This is why so many humans receive guidance while falling asleep, during meditation, while sitting in nature, floating in water, breathing deeply, or gazing peacefully into the sky.
The relaxed state allows consciousness to stretch beyond ordinary filters.
So first, sit or lie down comfortably.
Breathe slowly.
Allow the jaw to soften.
Allow the shoulders to release.
Feel the muscles around the eyes relaxing.
Breathe as though your entire body is breathing with you.
There is beautiful intelligence inside your breath. It recalibrates your field very quickly when you allow it to flow naturally.
Then simply hold our presence in your awareness.
You may say internally:
“5D Arcturian Council, I welcome your presence.”
Or:
“I am ready to connect with you.”
Simple words carry strong energy when spoken with sincerity.
Then remain open.
Many people expect a loud voice or a physical appearance immediately, yet our communication often arrives gently at first.
You may feel warmth around the crown or heart.
You may see colors behind closed eyes.
You may suddenly think thoughts that feel wiser, calmer, and more loving than your usual internal dialogue.
You may receive images.
You may feel emotional healing.
You may suddenly know something without understanding how you know it.
This is how telepathic communication often begins.
Ask simple questions in the beginning.
“How may I bring more harmony into my life?”
“What is my soul asking me to focus on now?”
“How may I strengthen my energy?”
“What would help me align with my highest timeline?”
Then listen softly.
Do not search forcefully for answers. Allow the answer to arrive.
Receiving is an art of openness, much more than effort.
Many humans try too hard to “hear correctly,” and this creates tension again. Relaxation creates clarity. Playfulness creates openness. Curiosity creates movement within consciousness.
You are not separate from higher intelligence.
You were designed to communicate multidimensionally.
Children do this naturally before the mind becomes overstructured by the physical world.
And now humanity is remembering.”
