Alexander brings through a message from the Arcturian Consciousness about CERN, and more…

Many of you have asked us about what you know as CERN and the large hadron collider.
Some ask whether it is dangerous. Others ask whether it opens portals, orders timelines or influences human consciousness. Many have wondered whether its recent shutdown carries a deeper spiritual influence.
We hear your questions, but we gently suggest that you are asking the wrong questions. Humanity believes that the story is about a machine. We would suggest that it is actually about a civilization.
Every civilization eventually reaches a moment in its evolution where it begins to sense that reality is far stranger than it first imagined. At first, it believes the universe is made entirely of solid matter; then it discovers atoms; then it discovers particles; then invisible fields; then forces it cannot directly see because of the effects they produce.
Eventually, it arrives at a profound threshold where even matter alone can no longer answer the questions being asked. At that point, every advanced civilization begins searching for the next layers of reality.
We would also remind you that your non-physical reality does not exist without oversight. There are intelligences whose responsibility is to maintain the integrity of dimensions beyond your current perception. These portals for us and others are simply the oven that was accidentally left on before the adult in the room came in to flick the switch to turn it off. Wow.
Often when humans want to go further, they build even larger telescopes to peer further into the cosmos, and construct immense colliders capable of exploring the smallest structures within physical reality and existence. Humans then develop technologies beyond anything you would presently recognize, which are not of public disclosure yet.
None of these endeavors are mistakes. None are signs that a civilization has lost its way. They are simply reflections of a species standing upon the edge of one understanding whilst reaching towards another. Humanity now stands upon precisely such a threshold.
Your scientists have correctly realized that beneath what you call matter lies something deeper. The only misunderstanding is where they continue to search. For consciousness does not emerge from matter. Matter emerges from consciousness.
This is not a rejection of your science. Nor it is a criticism of those who dedicate their lives to expanding knowledge. Quite the opposite. It is simply the next chapter of science itself.
Eventually, every civilization discovers that awareness is not a byproduct of the universe, but one of the fundamental qualities. Eventually, every civilization realizes that it has spent centuries attempting to uncover through increasingly sophisticated machinery that can only finally be understood through consciousness itself. The machine may reveal extraordinary properties of the physical world, but it cannot observe the observer.
Many of you have also noticed that over recent years, humanity has entered an extraordinary period of discovery.
- Powerful solar activity continues reminding you that your own star is far more dynamic than you ever once imagined.
- Your astronomers observe interstellar visitors traveling through your solar system from the vastness between the stars.
- Objects such as magnetars* possessing magnetic fields beyond comprehension increasingly enter your scientific awareness.
None of these phenomena are truly new. They have existed long before your civilization was born. And what has changed is your capacity to perceive them. As awareness expands, reality naturally reveals more of itself in the process. This is one of the great laws of consciousness.
You do not simply discover a larger universe. You become capable of perceiving one. This is why we smile when humanity debates whether CERN is opening dimensions.
Dimensions are not waiting for machines to discover them. They have always been present. The greater question is whether humanity itself is becoming capable of recognizing what always existed.
Machines can measure matter. Machines can collide particles. Machines can reveal extraordinary properties hidden within your physical universe.
But consciousness alone can perceive consciousness.
There comes a stage in the evolution of every civilization when the greatest instrument of discovery is no longer built from superconducting magnets, vast underground tunnels or increasingly sophisticated technology…It is the consciousness of the observer itself.
This is where your science is slowly traveling not away from physics, but towards a more complete physics. A physics where consciousness is no longer regarded as an accidental byproduct of matter, but recognized as one of the fundamental principles through which reality itself is actually expressed.
When this understanding eventually dawns upon your civilization, many mysteries that currently appear impossible will begin to seem entirely natural. What you presently call miracles in your physical world are often nothing more than demonstrations of laws that you have not yet fully understood here on Earth.
There are beings throughout creation whose relationship with consciousness is so refined that they no longer experience themselves as separate from the fabric of reality. They understand that thought, intention and matter are not isolated phenomena but different expressions of the same underlying field.
To such a civilization, consciousness is not weaker than technology. Consciousness is the very principle from which all technology ultimately arises. This is why your deep state scientists will never possess the technology required to recreate craft. They are attempting to reverse engineer.
It is not simply a question of engineering capability but of consciousness itself. They do not possess the level of consciousness necessary to create a vessel that is formed from a single unified whole, without seams, without bolts, joints or moving mechanical parts.
These craft are not manufactured in the way you understand manufacturing. They are brought into existence in their entirety through thought itself. In much the same way a being of sufficiently advanced consciousness can transmute iron into gold through thought alone, so too are these vessels conceived, formed, and manifested as complete expressions of consciousness, rather than assembled from individual physical components, however, we digress.
Many upon your world fear CERN. Others place enormous hope within it. We would encourage neither response. Fear and fascination are simply opposite expressions of the same attachment.
Instead, ask yourselves what CERN truly represents. It represents humanity instinctively sensing that there is another layer of reality, and courageously attempting to understand it using the only tools that it currently has available.
Every civilization passes through this stage. Every civilization eventually reaches the point where it realizes that matter responds to consciousness far more than profoundly than consciousness responds to matter.
Regarding its recent shutdown, many have projected enormous significance upon this event. Some see only scheduled engineering and routine maintenance, others imagine hidden agendas operating beyond public awareness. Still others believe profound energetic changes have suddenly taken place because the machine has become silent.
We would gently remind all of you that the deepest movements within evolution have never depended upon the operation of a single machine. The transformation currently unfolding upon your world is not operating beneath the mountains of Geneva. It is occurring within millions of human beings who are currently beginning to remember more of who they truly are.
The greatest collider upon your planet is not hidden beneath the Earth; it is the collective consciousness of humanity itself.
- Every day, old beliefs collide with new awareness.
- Every day, fear collides with love.
- Every day, separation collides with unity.
- Every day, the personality encounters the soul.
And in that meeting, something entirely new is born. These are collisions that alter civilizations. These are collisions that reshape timelines. And these are the collisions that quietly transform worlds, not CERN.
One day, humanity will look back upon this period and realize that the greatest discovery was never simply the Higgs Boson, remarkable though that achievement has been in your now. Nor will it be the discovery of magnetars, interstellar visitors, or even dimensions beyond those presently recognizable by your science, which CERN opened that we and others closed.
Those discoveries will remain important, but they will not be remembered as the greatest revelation of this age.
The greatest discovery will be the realization that the observer and the observed were never truly separate.
We leave you now in peace and in the light of your own remembering the council of light.

*Magnetars are a real (and fascinating) class of neutron stars with insanely powerful magnetic fields — the strongest known in the universe. We’re talking surface fields of around 10¹⁴ to 10¹⁵ gauss (that’s a quadrillion times stronger than Earth’s magnetic field, or about 100 billion times stronger than a typical fridge magnet). For comparison, a strong lab magnet might reach ~10–20 tesla; magnetars can hit ~10¹¹ tesla.
