Like many I have had some stressful personal issues come up lately. My tendency has been to withdraw and “cocoon” and pull away from the pain of dealing with issues, especially emotional ones or hard to deal with situations. I was alerted by a dear friend and channel that AA Michael and Frank wished to speak to me. So I sat in my usual spot to journal and prepared to communicate.
Seraphina: Good Morning! I know I’ve been reticent to journal for a bit. I am answering the call of beloved AA Michael and beloved Frank to have some conversation.
I am open to receive. I am willing to listen, I am willing to hear.
AA Michael: Blessed Girl, write down these words and put no judgement upon them.
Remember when your first heard that directive? It ha been a few of your years now. It is said to you once again because you do need reminding to just let the messages come and flow down the arm, out the pen, onto the paper, with no restrictions or judgement.
You are in a great transition period at this time. The strain on your body, all bodies, is great and in REACTION to this tremendous pressure you are attempting to shut down and shut off the pressure.
Do not use this personal fiasco as an excuse. It is a temporary inconvenience caused specifically to affect you in that way. Do not give into the dark’s manipulations.
Stay in your heart and focus on the love and your job as a pillar and a conduit and let the Light and Love being pressed to you now fill and fortify all that you are.
Determination is your greatest tool at this time.
Be determined to NOT be distracted and DO NOT GIVE IN to exhaustion.
Yes, rest, nourish, hydrate and take care of your Self and your sweet body, but do not retreat into your shell and hide.
We come here today to tell you that you are so close to realizing your fondest dreams. You are on the cusp of a totally new You.
Relax into it, eagerly welcome it. Breathe into it! Let it come in it’s own good timing…which is very soon (we know you hate that word)
Release all tension and resistance. Surrender, Allow. Welcome. Rejoice.
Go about your day with new found determination to NOT LET THE BASTARDS WIN !!! (your phrase, not ours!)
You can do this, you have the whole Company of Heaven at your back.
