Despite the chaos that continues to reign in the world, there is something very exciting that is also occurring.
If you tune in, you may realize that the long-promised rebirth of humanity is now finally happening. The positive Shift into a New Age has, at long-last, begun in earnest.
And those who are in the first wave of Ascension are already experiencing this Shift. It’s gradual and progressive — but it is happening.
Stop for a moment and feel deeply into yourself. Can you sense the presence of a greater calm and silence that is now flowing in and through you? It’s subtle – but it’s there, softly permeating your mind and your body.
You may be worn out at this point in your Ascension process and frustrated beyond words at how long you’ve been waiting for this Shift into the Fifth Dimension to occur.
But, whether you’re aware of it yet or not, you are now truly in the process of being reborn into this higher dimension. It is finally happening. This is not a birth of a whole new you, although it may eventually feel like it. It is simply a complete revealing of the TRUE YOU that’s always been there.
It’s a YOU that’s been mostly hidden under a false layer of imperfections, emotional and spiritual woundings, and heavy, uncomfortable ideas and perceptions of who you are.
If you’re like most humans alive today, you’ve likely incarnated on Earth for thousands of years.
And during that time, you’ve been saddled with powerful negative control mechanisms and frequencies in your brain and body, keeping you weak and unaware of the true power and beauty of who you are as a human Soul.
But, at long last, especially if you are an Ascension front-runner, the time has now come for all of this to truly begin falling away.
You’ve probably noticed that this rebirth has been happening gradually for a while; but there are now new frequencies entering onto the Earth. along with positive astrological configurations, that are facilitating this rebirth process to occur much more rapidly.
It’s true that events out in the world continue to appear to be ever more frightening and chaotic. But, if you check, you may see that you are not feeling as helpless about it all as you once might have.
You may realize you are now being released from forces within your body and brain that have pushed you toward weakness. There’s probably a new strength you’ve now developed within yourself. Over the past few years, you’ve survived an increasing number of challenges on all levels – difficulties you would have, in the past, never thought you could survive.
More Trust and Less Fear
You may also become aware that, despite the many unknowns happening in your life and within you, you are now feeling more trust that everything will somehow work out in the end.
There is less fear ruling you. Part of it, again, is knowing you have become a lot stronger, much more capable in handling frightening events in your life. You’ve managed to pull through grief and fearful events in ways you’d never imagined you could.
But part of it might also simply be a greater relaxation, due to knowing more clearly that you are being guided within a field of love and that you will somehow continue to be taken care of whenever you might need help. You’re not as focused on possible catastrophic events as before.
In addition, perhaps you can more easily see that the dark world events now occurring are actually signaling the end of the negatively-controlled governmental structures that have kept humanity captive for many eons of time.
You can understand that the old Deep State systems designed to keep humanity weak and in fear have to fully collapse. It will likely take a while for these structures to completely fall apart and for new, more humane and productive ones to replace them. So, more disruption is likely to ensue in this process.
But you may discover that you will be able to ride these waves of transformation with much greater ease now than you’ve been imagining – because a new YOU truly is coming online.
Greater Calm and Silence Within You
Even though the challenge of old woundings and traumas rising may still be occurring, and self-doubt continues to haunt you at times, again, check within for a moment.
Is there, nonetheless, maybe less noise within your head occurring? Has the Inner Critic become somewhat less oppressive? The Auto-Commentary a little quieter? When you try to meditate, is it often somehow easier to fall into deep silence?
It’s still important to keep aware of these inner voices and to realize they are producing thoughts in your mind that aren’t yours; they are designed to weaken you and keep you asleep. But you can also notice that they too are now getting less insistent.
In general, you can be aware that the Light Forces are becoming more and more successful in turning off ancient technology that has caused harm to human brains and bodies.
As time goes on, you will likely begin to experience this by a greater natural calm and stillness that is more and more often present inside you — and the level of unsettling anxiety within you is now increasingly absent.
Greater Ease in Releasing Old Woundings
Have you also maybe noticed that healing work is getting easier and faster to do?
Maybe you’re finding a greater sense of ease in releasing old woundings, negative patterns, and memories of traumas than ever before?
In fact, when old painful patterns or memories arise within you, you might try seeing if you can simply hold still and just observe them. Rather than rushing to either somehow get rid of them or heal them, you can instead simply be aware that, at least some of them – those issues you’ve already done healing work on – are already in the process of releasing.
You can realize that this is precisely why they’re showing up now. They’re on their way out. If some technique occurs to you to quickly assist with the release, you can try it and see if it works. That can help. But, if it doesn’t, you might find that if you step in and try to do something else with it, you could actually slow the full releasing process down.
Instead, if you can just observe what’s being brought to your attention, without either accepting it or rejecting it, you might see it is simply being shown to you because it’s already in the process of release.
It may take a while to go through this process. It might well be uncomfortable. But you can realize that whatever is releasing was never truly actually a part of you to begin with, that it was something that other forces designed to create weakness within you have inserted.
And it can be easier to just observe it neutrally, while feeling compassion for yourself, and then watch it eventually just leave your awareness.
More Gratitude for Simple Things
Another indication you might notice that a rebirth process is occurring for you is the sense of greater gratitude you are feeling for things in your life you’ve always taken for granted.
Gratitude is not just an emotion like any other; it holds a specific frequency of power we can experience. Feeling it can turn around so many uncomfortable emotions, such as self-pity, anger, grief and despair. And it usually doesn’t take long to find things in life you never used to think about that you can now feel grateful for.
Maybe, for whatever reason, you are no longer able do things you used to do with great ease. Either your health, your financial situation, or something else is making these things more difficult for you to do. But are you now maybe noticing the small delights that have always been present in your life but have never been much appreciated before?
Such as the beauty of flowers and the majesty of certain trees in your yard? How about the glorious feel of sun on your face?
Or the delightful pitter-patter of rain outside your window? The charming chirping of birds?
How wonderful that these kinds of delights are still available to us! And, at least for now, you likely still have certain foods you enjoy eating. And books that interest you, or videos that give you a sense of relaxation. How about children you may see that give you a sense of delight?
And then, of course, there are the people in your life you’re realizing are part of your true “family” or tribe. Maybe there aren’t many of them – but you now know them to be people you can trust to truly understand and love you. Feel the gratitude you have for them in your life, and this might carry you through any hard times that may be occurring.
Handling Disclosure
As the Shift toward the Fifth Dimension continues to speed up, world events are probably going to get even more disruptive this year.
Every day, more corruption and unbelievably dark things are finally being reported, some even in the mainstream news.
But it seems inevitable that soon, disclosure will begin coming to a crescendo and start revealing in detail the truly dark crimes certain elements of humanity have been committing against humanity, sometimes for many, many centuries.
If you are already awake to most of what is going to be fully disclosed, you will likely feel somewhat excited and relieved that’s it’s all finally coming out.
But, if you’re new to this information that will be revealed, it will likely be frightening and unsettling for a while. And yet, you will probably find that you now have a greater capacity to handle new and devastating information about the world you’ve been living in.
Focus on the Positive Changes in Your Life
In general, if you can just focus on all these positive changes that are occurring within you, you will see how your rebirth process truly is occurring now.
Do your best to trust that anything that is leaving needs to leave. Let it go. Even all the positive-seeming identities you’ve held onto – maybe your work identity or your spiritual identity – may need to leave. Know that their disappearance will reveal the true YOU that has always existed behind and beneath these identities you’ve held onto.
And – some of them may eventually come back, anyway, but in a much higher frequency form.
Also, as the process of shifting back into the TRUE YOU continues to unfold, you may at times feel ungrounded and strangely untethered. Do not be frightened by this. You are simply transitioning into a new reality, and this experience will be part of it for a while. Know that you will be taken care of and kept safe. Your guides are with you.
Above all, trust your process! The true YOU as a Being of Light truly is now being reborn.
