In seeing this title, you may immediately decide you know you don’t hear voices in your head – you’re not schizophrenic. You only hear your own thoughts.
You’re probably not schizophrenic. But – are you sure you’re only hearing your own thoughts?
It might be important to check to see if everything you hear in your mind is really what you are thinking. And also if all you’re hearing and paying attention to is actually helpful to you.
If you really check, you may discover there is more than one source that creates thoughts in your mind. And not all of them are beneficial to you. You’ll also discover that other thoughts are yours and are very positive. And there are still others that are not yours – but they’re also beneficial.
In your Ascension process, you may find it’s important to distinguish between all of these. There’s a spiritual war occurring on the planet now, and your mind is one of the battle grounds it’s taking place in.
Messages from The Inner Critic
The first voice to really check out is the one that is constantly telling you that something is wrong with you in one way or another.
This voice, of course, has been called the “Inner Critic”.
What you may not be aware of is that this is not an inherent part of you as a Being of Light. It is actually an advanced technology, a parasitic implant that was attached to the etheric level of the human brain many thousands of years ago by negative forces that had taken over the planet and humanity.
It was inserted into the human brain in order to weaken humanity through programmed messages designed to create the feelings of shame, guilt, fear, blame and self-doubt.
If you ever find yourself explaining or defending yourself to yourself for something you’ve done or not done or about some decision you’ve made, you can be sure you’re responding to something your Inner Critic has told you about yourself.
Because the messages from this implant have been so familiar for so long, it’s natural to assume they’re arising from a natural part of you. And in believing these messages, you have understandably believed that you are inherently not okay, just as you are.
As a “good person”, and especially as a “spiritual person”, you have likely come to believe that you always need to be improving yourself and fixing what’s wrong with you.
Of course, there are patterns and habits you do need to shift, and traumas you need to heal. This is all part of what’s necessary in the ascension process. But if you’re being reminded of them in messages that are devoid of compassion and understanding, insinuating that there’s inherently something wrong with you, you can know these are coming from the Inner Critic.
And, if you are aware, you can realize that, no matter what you continue to do to try to fix and heal yourself, according to the Inner Critic, it’s never enough. There’s always something more you need to work on.
So it’s important to understand this implant is programmed to constantly find fault and cause self-doubt and self-hatred within you. But it’s also important to understand that, in addition, it acts as a receiver of negative frequencies that are in the atmosphere coming from technologies we use, cell towers, the false Earth grid, and other sources.
And these frequencies are now broadcasting more frequently and powerfully than ever before, because those operating them know the Earth’s frequency is rapidly rising and that it will eventually prevent these negative technologies from working.
The Voice of the Auto-Commentary
The Inner Critic implant is actually part of a more complex technology that could be called your “Auto-Commentary”.
You know that voice that is constantly commenting on everything you’re doing, seeing, or focusing on?
It might seem simply annoying at times – how it never stops, and how it continues to make boring, pointless comments about everything that’s going on — sometimes over and over again. But it is actually there as another technology in your brain, designed to keep you in a low frequency, constantly focused on the third-dimensional level of consciousness.
It’s usually what you have to get past when you’re trying to meditate or simply wanting to sit in silence. It can be very powerful and unrelenting. It might be useful to take some time to pay attention to this voice in your head — and decide how valuable these thoughts are to you. Do they really serve you?
Messages from Your Higher Self
Then you can become aware of another type of message that appears within your mind — the positive messages that come from a completely different source: your Higher Self or what might simply feel like your intuitive knowing.
These messages tend to be a lot more subtle. They generally appear within the silence deep within you.
Undoubtedly, you are aware of these messages too. They may come in words or ideas – or simply as a sudden knowing or remembering. There is no judgment involved in these messages – you just know them to be accurate and true – and always helpful.
In the past, these messages may have felt they were coming from somewhere above your head. But now, you may notice they often seem to appear from deep within your body. This is because your Higher Self is now anchoring more and more deeply within you.
Messages from Your Guides
Then there are messages that are not your own – but they too are beneficial to you. These are the ones coming from your Spirit Guides.
These Beings can be Angels, Ascended Masters, Spiritual Masters, Galactics, positive human or animal Beings you have personally known, or Beings from the Devic Kingdom.
Messages from these guides can also be subtle and may be similar to the ones coming from your Higher Self. But sometimes they can be loud and urgent – like when you’re about to do something that could be dangerous to you. Or they may be warning you that you have a choice about what you’re deciding to do, and it would be good to consider it carefully.
Spirit Guides also speak to you through images you see, music you hear, synchronicities that occur, people you meet, unusual occurrences that happen, and books or videos that catch your attention.
However they choose to guide you, these Guides are there to assist you in your journey on the Earth during these times. It can be helpful to understand that they can come and go and be replaced with other ones, especially as you continue to shift onto higher timelines during these times.
Messages from Entities
Finally, there can sometimes be thoughts that come to you that sound and feel negative, much like those from your Inner Critic – but they carry an even more intense feeling of darkness and discomfort with them.
These are thoughts and feelings that are coming from disembodied entities that may be human or non-human – beings that are wanting to attach to you in order to use your energy for their own benefit.
These discarnate beings are now floating around within our 3D reality more than ever before, because of the chaotic frequencies the Earth and humanity are now experiencing. When one has attached to you, you may hear messages that cause you to experience fear, depression or other negative emotions that don’t make sense to you.
Distinguishing Between the Voices
So it’s evident that, at this point, your mind is one of the places the spiritual battle for the planet is currently taking place.
And your role in this battle as a Spiritual Warrior is to become aware when any of these voices are speaking within your mind and to be able to distinguish as to whether you want to listen to them or not.
It’s especially important to become aware of any voices that are negatively telling you something about yourself that causes you to feel you are somehow bad or wrong.
Again, you may get messages from your Higher Self or Spirit Guides that are telling you something needs to be changed or healed. But you can know these messages are coming to you from them, because they’re resonating with a feeling of compassion, understanding and love for you. They’re not just coldly giving you a negative message that something’s wrong with you and you need to fix it.
Stopping the Negative Messages
When you become aware of the Inner Critic voice or you’re simply hearing the boring auto-commentary commenting on everything going on, one thing you can do is to simply say “Stop!” or “Shut up!”
And you’ll realize that, at least for a little while, the voice will stop. And you’ll suddenly be aware of a welcome sense of silence within your mind.
Just doing this a few times, of course, will not stop these programs from continuing to run. They’ve been functioning successfully in your mind for too many years now.
But, over time, if you do it enough, you’ll begin realizing the voices become dimmer and less insistent. The programs running them seem to become less efficient.
And – you can also realize that one of the main technologies created by the Dark Forces causing these messages, known as “the Lurker”, is gradually being shut down by the positive Galactics that are now able to take out negative technologies more and more easily on the surface of the planet.
Awareness of Different Bands of Frequency
Another thing you can try is becoming aware of the band of frequency that the auto-commentary and Inner Critic are broadcasting from.
You can find that it’s a horizontal band somewhere around the level of your eyes and just above them. You’ll see that it’s a rather narrow band of frequency these technologies run on.
You’ll discover this if you just lift your awareness above this band to the level of your pineal gland or “third eye”. You will suddenly experience a blessed Silence.
And if you can just rest your focus there for a while, you’ll be aware that you are now in direct contact with the Source of your Being. You may actually experience yourself as a field of Light.
With your attention there, you can still be aware of the Auto-Commentary and Inner Critic continuing their blathering just below where your focus is; but they no longer bother you.
You can also then focus your attention down into your Spiritual Heart – and you’ll find the same thing will happen.
Beautiful Silence occurs, filled with the Loving Presence flowing within and around you. This too is often where you’ll feel your connection to Source and your Higher Self.
The same experience might occur if you’re hearing or feeling a negative message that’s coming from an entity that has attached to you. If you focus on your Heart and stop listening and believing what you’re hearing, it may simply leave.
It’s important to not believe that sending it love will help. It will not; it will only give it more power over you. But don’t give it negative energy either. Instead, do your best to shift into a higher frequency and just be aware of it – realizing it is not a part of you.
Sometimes entities can be very tenacious. If it doesn’t eventually leave, it may then be helpful to find someone who does spirit releasement work.
But remember: Don’t feel bad if you’ve attracted an entity. It’s common these days, as people are struggling to meet the chaos that the current intense ascension process is creating.
Most people are dealing with profound 3D woundings and emotions that are attempting to release. And entities can find it easy to attack when this is occurring.
Awareness is Key
In general, one of the main things to focus on in your ascension process at this point is developing an ever more acute awareness of what is occurring within you. And to take healthy control of what you allow to affect you.
It’s not a matter of making anything “wrong” or “bad”. And it’s not helpful to deny or push these negative influences away. That just strengthens them.
It’s rather a matter of staying aware of them and not following them or falling into negative emotions because of them. Awareness is the key – and then taking positive control of what you will allow to stay.
In doing this, the negative energies will eventually transmute into Light. What you’ll find is that, as a Being of Light, whether you realize it or not, you naturally purify whatever is not in alignment with Source. It just works more quickly if you can stay in healthy control of what is occurring within you.
It’s not an easy task — but it’s one that, as a Lightworker, you will find you can do with greater and greater ease.
Become aware that, whether it feels like it at this point or not, you are getting stronger, wiser, and more resilient.
And, even if you are temporarily experiencing negative emotions, you are still radiating more and more Light.
Your general frequency of evolution — your state of spiritual awakening — is not affected by emotions passing through you. Because of how spiritually awake you generally are, no matter what emotions you’re experiencing, you still continue to emanate Light.
Have no doubt: At this point, the Ascension energies are working with you in a very powerful way that cannot be stopped!
