I awoke this morning in the middle of a realization. And I raced for my laptop. So keep in mind, in the first place, that I’m in the middle of a realization (Remember? Intellectual, Experiential, Realizational?).
And also keep in mind that I’ve just been on a total fast for four days, on some days of which not even a drop of water passed my lips. I lost my appetite. So these two things are the backdrop to the realization I awoke into, recorded here in real time.
It is long. I apologize. I’ll add some pause marks. But you’ve heard it hot off the press.
Brace yourself. Brace, brace, brace.
I awoke this morning with two words or phrases in my mind: “strangeness” and “crazy salad.” (1)
The world at the moment appeared to me to be a “crazy salad” of issues. Where people are poor, more violence erupts. The affluent countries watch events on TV and thank their stars that the violence hasn’t reached them … until it does.
Or thank the Divine Mother, which would be more relevant.
But people in the middle of that crazy salad of issues would never come close to seeing what I just said to you.
And the second is “strangeness” and that describes the way I feel. This morning pondering a Trump salad, spiced with Swalwell crackers, and Did Oprah Do It? sauce, and the Clintons’ farewell desert…
… in my mind, I’d had enough and pushed back from the table.
Physically speaking, my recent sickness caused me to fast for four days. Not even a drop of water passed my lips for one or more days.
Did that purging experience prepare the ground for this feeling of having had enough?
[By the way, this is me fulfilling my mission as a writer: Go up with everyone else and write about it. Be as Everyman.] (2)
No more pea soup please. I’ve had enough. No more jelly donuts.

Stop the cameras please.
A note of background.
On a day, recently, I somehow came into contact with something – at the time the symptoms suggested Fentanol – and was out like a light bulb for … most of a week. But the important thing is that I did not eat. Or on some days drink.
And I used the occasion to drop sugar, gluten, and caffeine. Big changes for me.
And now, this morning, at 4:30 am, I sat down to check through my daily update, and I nearly threw up.
Jerry Swalwell. Gavin Newsom’s clone? Who the hell cares? Yes, Oprah and Tom Hanks “did it.” They were terrible, terrible pedophiles.
But compared to 40,000 Iranians dead in a few days some time back, who the hell cares?
So I feel this “strangeness,” rebelliousness, my Martin Luther moment. (3)
But it was no more than feeling I’d eaten too much when your host keeps offering you more. You feel strange, like you’re going to throw up if you have another mouthful.
Who the hell cares?
We’re faced with massive corruption in our societies. And every day we spread more chaos and misery. The people of China are being pushed into fifteen-minute cities and are under constant surveillance, optical as well as digital.
In the face of that, who the hell cares about the crimes of a single individual?
Like how Gavin Newsom’s clone (Newsom was executed long ago and became Satanic with the priest in his last moments) (4) feels about not getting more loot from his web of corruption.
To say “Enough!” is exactly the same sensation a man who just fasted for four-and-a-half days, maybe taking a sip of water occasionally, feels when presented with steak and lobster, baked potato and apple pie on his first day back.
Too much already! Enough!
So what do I do?
(Concluded in Part 2.)

You’re [a monitor] but you’re also playing the role of Everyman – with curiosity, with exploration, with insight. So our desire is not to separate you from the collective.
