This Home to the Heart Book Club, March 30th, 2026, The Divine Mother’s Guidebook: Home to the Heart, How Things Work in the Higher Realms (available on Amazon) we began, in the video below, igniting the tri-flame in the heart chakra, then went deep into the Universal Law of Intent with Sanat Kumara, pages 132-138.

He says, being centered and balanced, in the core of our sacred self, is how we express the uniqueness of Who We Really Are. And he asks us do our heart meditations to expand our understanding of What Our Intent Is.

What is the heart-felt request our Universal Self is making of us?

We are here to be in alignment with our Universal Self—actions, behaviours, wishes, dreams, creations.

The Blue Energy, the Porlana C, and our Divine Mother of Constancy, of Continuity, with her trust and forgiveness, reminds us we are here to remember our intentions and be inspired so our actions are congruent with our heart’s desires.

Sending LOVE and healing is a a huge part of building a new world where everyone is lifted up and in their joy.

This is SK’s list I put into an app, or we can write these intentions in a journal . . . Below is an app I use. I changed the headings in the app to SK’s Law of Intent list:

Sanat Kumara wants us to celebrate when we see shifts — that we are very busy sending LOVE to each other, to our communities, globally—and we don’t celebrate enough.

But also to know we are not in control, so if someone does not want to receive the healing we are sending, that being’s free will will never be interfered with.

But to remember that the sun is very steady, and so are we. Our healing energy is powerful and especially so in conjunction with the higher realms. They are with us sending the healing for our conscious Ascension on this planet.

He says to also understand: the intent, our intent is what we do. So, if our intent is to send the energy,  then we do it because that is our intent, and to know, our intent is not formulated on the outcome.
