In this meditation we learn about the ray of gold, the colours from lightest gold to darkest gold, how to breathe them in, then journey to the center of the planet to be with Gaia.

She gifts us a flame from the Council Fire there, to enhance our gold flame in the tri-flame, our self-worth.

Then back up to the heart wherew we fly through the seat of the soul at the very base of our heart chakra (top of our solar plexus chakra) to our golden temple behind the heart chakra.

In there we contemplate our intention from before we arrived on Earth, and our intention now, for our Ascension. Sanat Kumara asks us to:

Look at the walls of your heart.  Do not let preconceptions be your answer.

Allow this information to emerge  rather than simply lay it out,  and bring this knowing  to your conscious awareness  as well, and see how  it is in direct alignment and balance  with your overall intention for your life.

See the Divine Perfection  and your Reflection of Divinity in this.

We want to anchor both these intentions in our conscious waking awareness.
