Many of us have been feeling an energy of great change sweeping through us since the beginning of the year.
It’s a sense that something huge is just ahead of us, a change that may shake us to our core – and yet may also, paradoxically, shift everything into a very positive direction. It’s a feeling of fearful uncertainty along with hopeful anticipation, both at the same time.
And there are good reasons for these paradoxical feelings.
Ascension: First of all, the Ascension process is rapidly increasing at this point. This is both exciting and scary, as we realize that things are changing amazingly quickly within us and within our lives. And it’s sometimes strange – we may be feeling a rapid succession of “good news” — “bad news” — “good news” — “bad news” that leaves us somewhat dizzy.
Astrology: Then, if you’ve been following what astrologers are telling us, you realize that events in the skies this year are off the charts.
They are all extraordinary in pointing to huge and abrupt change, both within the world and within ourselves. Some events will be occurring for the first time in hundreds or thousands of years.
There are certain events in February, in particular, just ahead of us, such as the unusually powerful solar eclipse on February 17, that may be causing both a shakiness and a sense of excitement within us.
Sun Flares: In addition, there have recently been sun flares that are also off the charts.
Some say that we may be experiencing a modern day “Carrington Event” sometime soon, due to what the sun is doing.
These sun flares notably cause intense sensations in some people, both physically and emotionally – and are also contributing to the violence occurring on the planet.
However, it’s also true that these flares are actually positive, in that they are likely preparing us for the eventual Solar Flash. This event will initially create chaos on the planet and within us, as it dramatically shifts us into a much higher frequency. In essence, the flares are helping us now to release old traumas and 3D patterns we can’t take with us, in order to make the eventual shift easier.
World News: And then, finally, there is yet another cause for feeling increasingly paradoxical sensations within us: what’s happening on the world stage.
We have all been watching world events get more and more intense and frightening over the last year. But recently, although there seems to be even more we need to be concerned about, there are also events we may possibly be optimistic about, as well. And it all seems to be happening so quickly, it’s hard to even follow where it’s all going.
Indeed, it’s easy to get bounced around emotionally, if you try to follow the news too closely and allow yourself to react to it – especially since it’s well nigh impossible for most of us to even decipher how much of it is actually true, how much is AI-generated, and how much of it is simply exaggerated.
All we can know for sure is that a whole lot of change seems to be happening all over the world at this point.
Sudden & Rapid Shifting
So, all of these experiences seem to be occurring for many of us – especially since, as Lightworkers, we generally tend to be highly empathic and sensitive to energies.
As a result, we might generally be experiencing a sense of slipping more and more into the Unknown – a feeling of not being able to predict the future in any clear way.
But you may also be someone who is feeling this sensation even more profoundly than others you know. You may feel as if you are very suddenly and rapidly sliding into unknown waters much, much faster than before. And you’re landing in a place you never expected to.
Perhaps things are happening to you in your life that puzzle and startle you. You’re not quite able to decipher their meaning, what they’re telling you to do, which way to go. You may wonder if it is a matter of somehow “being messed with” by certain dark forces or entities. It can be very confusing and unsettling, especially if it is occurring, seemingly out of the blue.
Ascension Front-Runners
It can feel especially confusing if people around you don’t seem to be experiencing these things as you are.
Perhaps they’re feeling some changes in their lives, and some uncertainty, but not as dramatically as you are. This can feel lonely or like maybe there’s something wrong with you.
But it could also be that you’re simply what’s been called a “front-runner” in the Ascension process – that you’re someone who is running ahead of the crowd, so to speak.
You’re testing the ground, figuring things out, seeing best ways to navigate the rocky terrain – so you can then turn and report back to others about how to best make the same stretch of the journey, themselves. You’re essentially smoothing the way for others to follow somewhat later.
Whatever may be true, if you are experiencing this sudden deepening of falling into the Unknown at this point, it can be very frightening.
You can feel extremely vulnerable. You may even feel like you’re in free-fall for a while – totally out of control, not knowing where you’re going to land – or maybe if you will even survive the fall.
If so, this is probably due to the fact that what is essentially happening is an abrupt peeling away of old 3D-identities that have been very familiar to you. These identities have probably caused problems for you – but, at the same time, up till now, they’re what you’ve known yourself to be. So it is very confusing and scary.
And, to make it even harder, you may also, in the process, be losing your main income – or a primary relationship – or your home – or your familiar and safe-feeling life as a whole.
Dive into the Unknown
If you are experiencing any of this, try not to panic. Rather than attempting to clutch onto what you seem to be losing, see if you can simply let it go.
Do your best to go with the fall into the Unknown. Trust that you are being carried and compassionately guided through this sense of falling. If you can muster the courage, see if you can even dive willingly into the new unknown reality.
It’s important to trust that what is happening is what needs to happen – in order to bring you to your next shift into who you are as a powerful Being of Light. You need to be relieved of all old negative patterns, identities and traumas that have always held you back, causing you pain and suffering.
Do your best to just be with yourself compassionately, as fear, anxiety or grief arise. Don’t fall into these emotions, but don’t try to ignore or change them either. You’ll see that, as you meet them this way, they will lessen in intensity and gradually dissipate.
And again – you will probably begin to realize that you are actually being held and carefully guided to your next step on your path into your new identification in 5D Reality.
It may feel as if you’re losing yourself – but you’re really only losing parts of yourself that were never actually you to begin with.
These aspects of your personality and your life that you’re losing are just broken, manipulated pieces of yourself you took on while living in this controlled 3D reality, in which there are forces that have attempted to keep you small and weak and unaware that you are an aspect of Source itself.
Of course, it is not easy to make this shift into a completely unknown future version of yourself.
No matter how strong, awake or fearless you might naturally be, you may still be in shock for a while, feeling vulnerable, helpless and grief-stricken.
But if you can allow yourself to be as you are – and if you can have deep compassion for yourself as you experience this startling rapid transformation of yourself and your life – you’ll see that the experience in the Unknown can be not only a lot less scary – but actually exciting.
Release of Old Fears, Beliefs and Patterns
See if you can look for the new evidence that you are now in a higher frequency.
Be aware of how quickly the old fears, negative patterns and beliefs that are coming up are releasing, if you don’t engage with them.
You may wish to stop and contemplate the new realizations you’re having about these patterns – and maybe do a quick healing technique with them. But know that they really are going to release, no matter what you do.
In doing this, you’ll realize how you can gradually get used to living in the Unknown. You can even forget about the fears you might have for the future.
You may begin seeing more clearly the new beauty that is appearing around you. You might spontaneously feel deep surges of love and gratitude and be astounded by the rush within you of compassion for yourself and others.
And you might even realize that certain pieces of yourself or your life that you thought had been taken away have now somehow reappeared again. But they now feel different, clearer, without negative patterns attached, and you are appreciating them more.
You’ll finally discover that this unknown place you’ve landed in is actually a gateway into a whole new reality on a much higher-frequency timeline.
It may feel scary at first; but then, as you continue to trust the transformation taking place within you, the darkness begins to attain a soft feeling of peace and relaxation – and even a sense of comforting safety.
