This is an important update, because President Trump answered a question about regime change in Iran saying it seems like a good idea. He’d promised to support the cause, and the build-up of U.S. military power in the Middle East has been both significant and invited. In addition, the world is recognizing that the exiled Crown Prince, Reza Pahlavi, is actually and truly who the people of Iran want to lead them out of the hell created for them by the IRGC.
It’s recognized that the typical regime change operation is not what this is, because the people of Iran are sincerely requesting help. Mahyar was at the protest in Munich, and you can see the kind of multi-national support there numbered in the tens of thousands. Even with that many people present, there was no drama to resolve among them. They demonstrated what a cohesive collective looks like.
On a side note, the participation of Lindsay Graham in this adventure is a little weird. It’s hard to know with that one exactly what he personally stands for, but I’m guessing that the dirt on him is what’s got him playing the good guy role here…another actor on a stage.
