When the temperature gets raised to a certain degree in reformist movements, change becomes possible. Things that were not feasible before now become attractive.  Here the governor takes the dramatic step of banning sanctuary cities.

Revolutionary movements would just keep going and who cares about the consequences. Reformists care.

In my view, President Trump is neither a revolutionary nor a conservative. He’s a reformer, but his reforms are global and they include the removal of all cabal elements from the world stage as steps to G/NESARA (the abundance program) and world peace.
