There are rampant frauds happening around the Net apparently.
I half fell for one/half wanted to see what would happen.
Mine was with “Elon Musk.” A Gazetteller reader’s was with “Ethan White,” the editor-in-chief over there.
Here are some common features.
(1) The voice sounds like Elon. It has what I believe are credible-sounding, pre-arranged responses to questions or statements.
(2) They offer a service and ask for payment or ask for money for a cause.
(3) The fraud itself follows this pattern:
- groom (“I see you are….”),
- assert (“I don’t play games”),
- question (“don’t you trust me?”),
- close,
- cool the mark out (calm the target of the fraud down afterwards).
(4) After the sting, try to draw the prey in further; ask for increasingly risky information; get them deeper and deeper committed.
Contribute to an African orphanage or help investing in Bitcoin were the two “Musk” was pushing. So far so good. I sent an Apple Card with a modest amount to get my skin in the game.
This game works like a predator who paralyzes its prey (secures money from them) and then draws it closer and closer to its mouth (asks for incrementally more risky information (passwords, etc.).
Immediately after receiving and cashing the Apple Card, “Musk” made a Freudian slip, which I think Michael caused, which jolted me “awake.” He said: “I am not here to help you.” Oops! (1)
That was bad enough, then he asked me for my Apple password (I had sent him an Apple Card). I said I felt uncomfortable sending passwords and he said: Don’t you trust me?” and replied with details of why it was needed.
I said “No passwords” and signed off.
I’ve been pestered with phone calls and emails ever since, part of cooling the mark out, I believe.
But that’s not the worst of it. I immediately changed passwords all over the place just before receiving emails from Paypal, my bank, and Apple that someone was trying to access my accounts and they’d turned the party down.
I complained to Paypal that someone was trying to access my account and it isn’t me. They opened an investigation and agreed with me that that was happening. So I wasn’t imagining the threat.
The amount of downstream business created by dealing with these credibly-sounding frauds is large. But I wanted to see what would happen. Now I have and this information will be very helpful later on.

I’m not an expert on the Reval or anything financial at this point. I’m just using common sense.
There are 7 or 8 billion people in the world. The Telegram messages that say if you don’t jump in the next 24 hours you’re toast or let me help you get on the QFS are read by perhaps a thousand people, let’s say.
Do you think the Global Military Alliance would plan matters that 7 or 8 billion people minus a thousand are left unable to get on the QFS or need to see what Telegram communicates (after the ten days of darkness, if it’s even around)?
So don’t be stampeded, this rank amateur says. I’m not going to allow myself to be. I’ve surrendered to the guidance of Michael and the Mother and will be happy with whatever results.
Do I need to be wealthy? No, I do not. It’ll be a massive headache and I probably won’t be able to write.
But I know that the Mother wants us (philanthropists and lightworkers) to be what Michael calls “flowthroughs” for this wealth, to be one more method of dispersing love on this planet. And taking care of veterans and nations despoiled by war (Vietnam and Iraq).
Michael once said this plan has been in the works for too long for them to allow it to go down the drain.
Archangel Michael: Not that we will allow you to go wrong – let us be very clear. This plan has been in unfoldment for far too long for money to simply be washed down the drain by decisions that are not beneficial either for yourself or for others and for those who will benefit from the programs, plural. I’m “banking” on it. What was it Thomas More said? If that be not enough to keep a man alive, then I long not to live. Well, maybe not that drastic, but you get the drift.
Be safe.
Footnotes
(1) Michael has done this before, in 2017:
In that year, I moved back to the West End. The management in the last building were crooks and I’d had enough of them. I now wanted to take an apartment in a building that I had long thought was perfect. And surprise, surprise, there was an apartment in it with a spectacular view of English Bay. Perfect!
BUT we had to get past our rental manager phoning the previous manager and getting a recommendation.
After she’d made the call, our rental manager phoned me and told me I had the apartment and described how she had phoned the previous manager to ask for clearance and got her husband. He said she was sick and when my rental manager asked if she could phone back tomorrow, he told her to F— off.
“Well,” said I, “what more can I say?” suppressing a belly laugh.
And I had the apartment.
In my next reading, I asked Michael, “What did you say to him.” And he said that the man had aggressive tendencies anyways and he just helped them along.
