Your Body Knows What to Do Next…
But you need to get out of the way.
We forgot.
We forgot how to regulate.
We forgot who we were.
We forgot how to breathe calm into our being and restore our cells as nature designed us to do.
Our rhythm went out of sync, as if our alignment wobbled off its very axis.
Because it did.
We have been living in the false matrix, an inverted realm that we are now in the process of transcending. This is not a realm we rise above by running away from it. Instead, we become the antidote while still alive.
We breathe divinity back into the body and allow the body to rewire itself.
And part of that rewiring is a phase of feeling so out of sync that you cannot imagine getting through the next day, never mind the next year.
That is not your system crashing.
That is you coming back online.
To do that, you first go out of phase with the old reality.
You might find yourself saying things like:
- “I can’t carry on.”
- “It’s all too much.”
- “I’ve had enough.”
Or you might feel a worrying emptiness, a quiet hollowness that you know is not how you were meant to be.
The thing is, that misalignment with divinity was always there. It is not new.
What is new is that your body can no longer tolerate it.
Your system now has access to two signals.
That is where the overload comes from.
One matrix is a homecoming.
The other is familiar, but not home.
You are learning to phase out of one and into the other.
But as you do, please do not underestimate what your body will go through.
You are birthing yourself again while alive.
This is not ordinary.
It is a miracle you are living through.
And being tired right now might simply be your body going offline with the false matrix we were all born into.
Rest is not a sign of defeat.
Wanting quiet does not mean you are avoidant.
The tiredness can be the signal that your system is resetting from the inside.
As your circadian rhythm comes back online, it must retune itself to the true sun from which these higher signals come.
Your body knows how.
Rest is how it navigates.
So however you rest,
