A conversation with my Andromedan guides and healing group on food, mental control, and weight management.
Good morning! I have a question about the workings of the human body, my vehicle and beloved partner, Ms. Jett.
How much does “outside” circumstance affect or change the body? Or is it “me” who actually causes change?
In other words does a certain food or drink cause reaction or influence the workings of the body or does my attitude and “control” make a difference?
I ask because I’ve been thinking about why this body carries around the “extra” weight. Does she do it because she is cooperating with my higher self rather to “anchor” me here as has been said? Or does she hold on to it because of the influence of what is ingested?
Does she have the inherent capacity to release fat cells at will or is “diet” the only avenue for release? I know my awareness is being largely expanded now and therefore this question has come up.
Just how autonomous can Jett be?
Frank: Wonderful thought and contemplation. Embodiment is much more than most realize. It is quite a complicated relationship between the body and the soul and the Ego.
That is why it is so essential for you (and mankind) to truly grasp this partnership.
These bodies have been created to enable Spirit to express physically. They are designed, ingeniously designed, and built to repair themselves constantly and to be “immortal” if the passenger wishes and grasps the possibilities.
The attitude of the incarnate being has a great deal of influence as the passenger’s focus manifests into reality. “What you focus on manifests and what you resist persists” takes on greater meaning here.
So, simply, yes, the body has the ability to hold on to or release anything in concert and cooperation with its incarnate partner.
This opens up a huge field of possibilities to contemplate does it not?
We will discuss more after you have further explored these revelations.
Happy contemplating,
