Dear friends, I am Jeshua.
Two thousand years ago, I was bearer of the Christ energy. Now I am here with you to awaken you to the light that is within you.
That light has become unique, your own, and bears the stamp of your individuality. Yet, at the same time, it is a light that connects you to a vast field of light, of life, of dynamics and movement. You can call this field the Christ energy, or you can give it other names; but, actually, it can not be named. That has been tried by many religions and, also at a higher level, by mystical traditions. What really matters is the experience of it – that you feel it intuitively.
This light within you is connected to a vaster light that flows through all things. It is not something distant from you, and it is not determined by time and space. It is in everything: in matter, in your body, in your thinking, in your mind, in your heart – this light is within all things. When you experience this light, so much falls away. Worry, fretting, and anxious thoughts fall away because anxious and worried thinking is mainly motivated by a lack of connection with your light.
I ask you to now feel this light without thinking about it, but by pausing, by coming to a stop, and then looking at your own thoughts.
Imagine that you are surrounded by light. See it in your mind’s eye as a cloak of flowing light around your head and shoulders. Then see it covering your entire back down to your legs and feet.
Then do the same with the front side of your body. See this cloak of light enveloping your face and neck, your chest and abdomen, all the way down to your legs and feet. Feel this transparent, vibrant, soft cloak of light flowing around you – and let yourself go into it.
As you do this, become aware of how much you worry, how much you anxiously think about how you are doing. “How’s my life going? – what’s next? – what’s my task, my assignment? – what am I doing wrong? – why don’t I feel happy?” You are bombarding yourselves with worrying questions.
And the answer to many of these questions is simple – you feel the way you do because you are here on Earth.
Why do you not feel happy? Why do you feel alienated from life? Why are you not relaxed? Why do you think you have to work on yourself? Why do you think you are not good? Because here on Earth you are in a field of consciousness that century after century has been infected by feelings of fear and a sense of deficiency and struggle.
You need to become aware that much of your fear and anxiety is caused solely by taking in the collective atmosphere around you. Therefore, do not take it too personally – you are sensitive by nature. And because of your more highly developed nature, your open heart is sensitive to the things around you.
Many of the gloomy moods and dark thoughts you have are not yours. Your conditioning begins when you are born and continues as a child as you grow up with parents and family. Like a sponge, you absorb their feelings, thoughts, and ideas without questioning them.
And that is only a part of being human. I am not saying that the process is wrong; it is simply a part of being born into this earthly atmosphere. As a child, without your being aware of it, you take so much into your aura, your energy field, that it gets polluted, you could say, by the lower vibrations of fear, divisiveness, dogmatic ideas, limiting morals – you name it.
What I want you to understand is that, because you are extremely sensitive, you interpret much of your negative thinking and feeling as a personal problem that you need to solve.
You would do yourself a great service if you created a stronger buffer around yourself that ensures that you notice when you are being influenced by external energies which are not yours.
If you clearly know how to distinguish between your own authentic energy, your own level of consciousness, on the one hand, and the world around you, on the other, you become less confused and can focus on what are really your problems.
And I assure you they are much fewer than you think, because half or more of what you experience as negativity comes from outside you.
And you do not have to do anything about them. What you can do is to separate yourself emotionally from your surroundings, connect more deeply with yourself, and feel what actually is there. You then may experience that much of the heaviness and overwhelm you feel comes from people you care about, or by whose ideas you are influenced.
Through my encouraging you to surround yourself with a cloak of light, I want to remind you of who you are, of your essence. I want to remind you of who you are beyond earthly, collective thoughts, beyond age-old thinking that limits you.
The cloak of light can detach you from what you have absorbed from others, and wake you up to your own internal themes which have to do with what and who you are. You are lightworkers, souls who are attracted to Earth to help change consciousness here and to give it a new form.
As a result, you are by definition different, so you are not in step with the pace of the mass consciousness.
In order to fulfill this role properly, you must first of all be very aware that you are not in step, and that there is a reason you feel different – a stranger in a strange land. You need to stop adjusting, and you do that by separating yourself from the influence of your surroundings as much as you can.
And by this I do not mean that you have to sit meditating on a mountain top, alone, but that you become aware of what you are taking in: things that have nothing at all to do with who you are. And these include the energies of loved ones, such as parents, children, partners, in whose lives you are involved. You are not responsible for their energies – so, give attention to yourself!
Now imagine that cloak of light enfolding you and shielding you from the collective fears and negative images that have essentially nothing to do with you.
Feel free – feel calm and spacious. And also feel free to get angry at everything that pulls on you and affects you from outside yourself. The world distracts you, due to your sensitivity, and that weakens your boundaries. But you can set a more defined line by remembering your greatness. You are here to bring light, and you can do that only if the light within yourself is not being drained away by outside influences.
Now imagine that your male self – the masculine part of you and of your soul – makes itself much larger.
The male part of you protects you from those outside influences and guards your female energy, your energy of connection, love, insight, empathy with others.
This female energy in you, your sensitivity, needs protection.
In whatever way you want to imagine it, let the male energy in you now protect you in a way that you find appealing or appropriate, such as in the form of a knight standing beside you and protecting you. Or in the form of a dome that surrounds you with protection. Or you can see a sword in front of your energy field, a shining sword that firmly establishes your boundary and protects you. Your energy field deserves protection.
Imagine that you now enter into yourself within that protection. The protected inner space, into which you are entering, is where you are Home. Notice that when you do, you leave your head behind and become quiet. Realize that so much of your worry falls away when you are surrounded by your natural light, protected, and at the same time, sensitive.
Now sense, from this clear consciousness where you are at this moment, your most intense pain, where life hurts you most.
What do you miss most? What do you long for? Do not think about it, but observe it from stillness and receptivity.
Now consider that pain, that desire, or that deficiency as an energy. Imagine taking that energy of pain, suffering, desire, or sorrow in your hands. You will probably see the energy of that problem spinning within itself, spinning in circles and finding no way out. In a sense, this problem keeps itself going.
Now look at it from your female energy.
Feel what that pain does to you. Look at that sense of deficiency, of failure, of not being good enough, of not having enough, of impotency. See how that energy affects you, takes up your thoughts, and removes you from your light.
With your female self, hold this problem, or this energy, and ask yourself: “What does this problem need?” Or ask the energy itself: “What do you need to stop the momentum?” In doing so, you can see that the lack you experience has an illusory character.
Ask your female self: “What is needed here? What energy, what color, what feeling?” And then feel that there is compassion in the energy of your heart, in your own higher, female energy. Feel that much of the love and protection you seek from others – in terms of recognition from your relationship or your work – you actually have within you, and that it is not only extremely exhausting, but ultimately unnecessary, to always seek it outside yourself. That way does not bear fruit.
You are told, as you grow up, that you have to be somebody or be something in this world, that you have to prove yourself, that you have to achieve all kinds of goals in your work, your relationships, family, and children.
This push drives people to despair, because it suggests that the solution is beyond them. The essential lack that you all suffer from and struggle with is a lack of self-love and a lack of trust in your own strength and intuition.
Allow the female energy within you to love yourself and to accept everything that lives in you – as it is!
For example, if you feel “I’m sad” or “I’m desperate” or “I’m angry” or “I’m gloomy, I’m depressed.”
Placing your hand in the hand of your female energy works wonders. She says, “Its alright, its okay. I see you, I’m listening.” Acknowledge who you truly are, and then let your male energy, the protective cloak around you, convince you that you really need only to accept and transform your own pain, and not that of others.
Leave their pain to them, because your being responsible for it makes everything too heavy and unbearable.
You live in a world of pain. Even though there is a lot of change going on, there is still much collective pain in this world. And much of it is caused by old images of what should be and should not be, and of what can never be.
You do not have to carry that pain. Start by shielding yourself from that input and feeling your own truth. Your truth and light are already in you. You are ancient souls and have gained much experience in many lives on Earth – you are not a newborn here.
Use your mature development, your intelligence and insight, to distance yourself from false collective ideas and images. Be free! – be a pioneer! – be different!
Make sure your male energy takes on the task of detaching yourself from this old fear-based consciousness so as to not be fooled by those images of success and of what ought to be, of what is supposed to make you happy. Be critical! Be clear in your mind about what is true. That is what your male energy can do
Withdraw, if you clearly feel that you do not fit in somewhere, that you are not being nourished there, that your energy is being abused there. Dare to break away from it, whether it is work, a relationship, or whatever.
Dare to be critical! Dare to put down on Earth what is true in you and protect yourself! And use your female energy to explore yourself for what really lives within you, to be truly loving to yourself and compassionate.
Through this collaboration of the male and female energies within yourself, a new human is born. Really – a new human takes form through this fluid collaboration of male and female.
And do this for yourself first, which will then have a perceptible impact on your environment, on your relationships, on your work, on the outside world. Do this first for yourself in order to get internal integration and balance, which then causes effects to arise in your environment which are healing for others.
You help change the consciousness on Earth by first transforming your own consciousness at a deep level.
Realize that you have come a long way. Let go of all the disparaging thoughts. You are pioneers and leaders of a new age, otherwise you would not be here nor you would you have the patience to listen to this.
You are already “there”, in a sense, but you doubt it because habit and routine have caused you to become buried in the negativity of the past.
Do not let that become your coffin. Realize who you are! Realize your own greatness, your own inner knowledge and achievements – and use them.
