BREAKING: President Trump Authorizes Voter Roll Investigation Nationwide

It’s happening. President Trump is authorizing a voter roll investigation nationwide.
President Trump began preparing for the 2026 election when he signed the Executive Order on Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections on March 25, 2025.
This order is included in the article below:
This EO is a powerful start at ensuring American elections are free and fair. As pointed out previously, the EO mandates that the elections systems throughout the country used in US Elections must be in compliance with EAC Version 2.0 guidelines by September 21, 2025.
This mandate will likely not be completed because the election systems used in the US are not in compliance with EAC relations. Besides that we learned that the Dominion election systems used in Georgia in 2020 and 2024 are not secure, a bad actor could hack into them, and change votes. This was included in a CISA report two years after the 2020 election.
As states across the country realize that they are not legitimately going to be able to comply with President Trump’s EO related to the election machines in the 2026 election, they now face another obstacle to their corrupt elections. President Trump has launched through the DOJ an investigation into voter rolls.

We don’t usually post ads, but this one is different. God bless these courageous patriots!
If President Trump were that “surprise guest,” that would bring tears to my eyes. Like: A huge completion. Seeing all of these patriots coming together already has me weeping.

When The Gateway Pundit started organizing our Las Vegas Conference on August 9-10, we had NO IDEA what was about to transpire in Washington, DC.
The Gateway Pundit has always supported those American heroes who were unjustly persecuted by the Washington, DC Deep State, including former Trump officials, January 6 political prisoners, Trump associates, pro-Life activists and others.
TGP frequently reported on the horrific persecution of American heroes like General Michael Flynn, Rudy Giuliani, Roger Stone, President Donald Trump and others.
We ALWAYS knew they were innocent men and American patriots.
When we started planning for our conference on August 9-10, we reached out to these men and others and they gladly agreed to attend our Gateway Pundit Las Vegas Conference.
Then last month, ODNI Tulsi Gabbard dropped a long overdue political bomb on the American public.
Tulsi Gabbard released a newly declassified presidential briefing revealing Barack Obama knew the Trump-Russia collusion narrative was a hoax. Barack Obama was in on it!
This is possibly the greatest political crime in US history!
Next weekend we have the men who fought, suffered, were devastated, and stood strong when the wicked men and women behind Crossfire Hurricane came for them.
In Las Vegas, Rudy, Roger, and General Flynn will share their stories and MORE to our conference attendees.
YOU ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT WANT TO MISS THIS!
We are still building a magnificent lineup for the conference this year including:
- Mary Holland from the Children’s Health Defense
- Attorney Mike Davis from the Article III Project
- Investigative reporter Lara Logan
- Investigative reporter Joe Hoft
- Mike Lindell
- Wayne Allyn Root
- Dr. David Clements
- Christina Bobb
- Dr. Simone Gold
- Roseanne Barr
- And many others!
We also have at least one surprise guest for our attendees!
Do not miss out!
Purchase your tickets today! Come witness history!

DEEP STATE BLOCKED RECOUNT TO STEAL TEXAS SEAT
Gregory Lyakhov, Gateway Pundit, Aug. 2, 2025
(https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/08/deep-state-blocked-recount-steal-texas-seat/)
In South Texas, a grave scandal is unfolding—and almost no one in the national media is talking about it.
Voters in Texas’s 28th Congressional District—which includes Laredo, home to the nation’s busiest port for trade with Mexico—are being asked to trust the results of a race that involved an indicted congressman, hundreds of voter complaints, and a judge who blocked an election review before announcing his plan to run for the same seat.
Congressman Henry Cuellar (D-TX), who is currently serving his eleventh term in the U.S. House of Representatives, is under federal investigation.
Cuellar and his wife allegedly received over $600,000 from foreign entities between 2014 and 2021. These payments came from an Azerbaijani state-owned oil company and a major bank in Mexico.
Court documents confirm that at least three of Cuellar’s top aides are cooperating with federal prosecutors. Despite the seriousness of the case, Cuellar was allowed to remain on the ballot in 2024 without any significant media coverage or political pressure to step aside.
After the election, Cuellar’s Republican challenger, Jay Furman, formally contested the results.
He submitted more than 80 affidavits and hundreds of legal declarations from voters who claimed that his name was missing from their ballots.
While the documents remain confidential, I was granted the opportunity to review them firsthand.
Each was a formal, signed statement made under penalty of perjury, alleging that Furman’s name was missing from the ballot. As a result, the Fourth Court of Appeals ordered a forensic review of the ballots.
The court ordered Judge Tano Tijerina, the county judge, to begin the ballot review process “immediately”.
Judge Tano refused to comply.
There was no full review of the ballots. County officials never conducted a proper recount. Instead, the matter was quietly dropped, and Furman’s objections were pushed aside.
The same judge who blocked Furman’s ballot review—Jose Tano—announced his “consideration” candidacy for the same congressional seat. He now wants to run against Furman in the GOP primary. That means a sitting judge refused to allow a Republican candidate to inspect missing ballots in a race that the judge himself will likely enter.

Scavino: Google Acknowledges FBI Compelled His Account Information — Kash Patel Issues Shocking Response
Brian Lupo, Gateway Pundit, Aug. 2, 2025
(https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/08/scavino-google-acknowledges-fbi-compelled-his-account-information/)
During President Trump’s first term, prior to occupying the Oval Office, it is well-known that the FBI under the Obama administration deceived the FISA Court in order to obtain a warrant to spy on Carter Page, a Trump campaign aide in 2016 (Page left the campaign in October 2016).
In order to obtain that warrant, disgraced FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith altered an email by changing wording to indicate Page was “not a source” for the CIA when, in fact, he was.
Klinesmith was found guilty of the fabrication and sentenced to 12 months of probation and a suspension of his law license. But only for one year.
Bear in mind that several attorneys, such as Jeff Clark, Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani, Kurt Olsen, John Eastman, among others are facing permanent disbarment or crippling sanctions for simply bringing a case to challenge the 2020 Election and Ed Martin’s nomination for U.S. Attorney of Washington D.C. was disputed by Senator John Thune for simply representing January 6th defendants.
Falsifying evidence to a federal court is a serious offense. That should be exacerbated when the fabrication is brought before a secret FISA Court where there is no representation for the defendant, no transcripts for accountability, and the impending actions can result in unknowing infringements on U.S. citizen’s Fourth Amendment rights.
To make matters worse, under the “Two-Hop Rule,” FISA warrants can be used to spy not only on the target specifically, but also those associated with the target. Many have speculated that this could potentially have given the FBI access to spy on President Trump himself.
Fast forward to a revelation made on X by President Trump’s Deputy Chief of Staff Dan Scavino yesterday. Scavino revealed that he was the victim of a similar process involving a company we are almost all associated with in some form: Google.
Scavino revealed for the first time that he, too, was a subject of the Federal Bureau of Investigations overreach and that Google was compelled to release private and personal information related to his Google account. “I’ve never shared this – but this is a small taste of the INSANITY that many of us went through – right here in the United States of America. LAWFARE at its finest,” Scavino wrote.
The privacy infringement afforded Scavino no opportunity to refute any claims made and, in his post on X, he made no statement as to the justification for the FBI’s request. A Freedom of Information Act request has been submitted to obtain those records and this publication will be updated with the FBI’s response.
Imagine patriotically and proudly serving in the first Trump White House for four years, and departing in January of 2021 . . . Then, during the four years you’re out, BIDEN LAWFARE kicks in, and you receive the below email five weeks before re-entering the White House again in…
— Dan Scavino Jr.🇺🇸🦅 (@DanScavino) August 1, 2025
Shockingly, FBI Director Kash Patel reposted Scavino’s admission to his FBI X account with the simple statement, “I got one of those too…”
While the timing of these subpoenas is unclear, the work both Scavino and Patel did during President Trump’s first term makes this demand from the FBI particularly concerning. The Gateway Pundit has reached out to Scavino for a timeframe and will update accordingly.
Throughout his tenure in President Trump’s first term, Patel served as the Senior Director for Counterterrorism at the NSC, Deputy to the Acting Director of National Intelligence, and Chief of Staff of the Acting Secretary of Defense.
However, this becomes even more concerning as Kash Patel previously served as then-Rep. Devin Nunes’s senior aide and counsel for the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI)

Mamdani Already Owes New Yorkers $1.3 BILLION
Gregory Lyakhov, Gateway Pundit, Aug. 2, 2025
(https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/08/mamdani-already-owes-new-yorkers-1-3-billion/)
New York City is crumbling under failing schools, surging homelessness, and unsafe streets. But Mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani, in his time as a state legislator, decided to sink the state even deeper—by wasting another $1.3 billion on ideological vanity projects with no measurable benefit for ordinary New Yorkers.
As a co-author of the so-called “People’s Budget” proposed by the Black, Puerto Rican, Hispanic, and Asian Legislative Caucus, Mamdani has backed spending proposals that read more like activist wish lists than responsible fiscal policy. Every dollar demanded in the name of “equity” is a dollar stripped from basic needs—needs that millions of New Yorkers, especially working-class families, continue to go without.
Take, for example, Mamdani’s push for an $8 million recruitment and training initiative to make New York’s teachers “more diverse.”
The irony here is hard to miss. In New York City’s public schools—the largest district in the country—Black teachers already make up roughly 42% of the workforce, despite the city’s Black population being only 22%. The goalpost for “representation” has shifted away from proportionality and toward performative politics.
The Patriot Perspective and The Gateway Pundit are the first to uncover the shocking legislation Mamdani sponsored, passed, and pushed—plus what his latest proposals would actually mean. Watch the newest podcast episode now.
What Mamdani labels as reform is, in practice, just another unnecessary layer of bureaucracy driven by race-based metrics instead of educational ones.
Mamdani’s caucus also proposed spending $250,000 to promote “racial and cultural inclusivity” in K–12 classrooms—without ever explaining how this helps students learn to read, write, or do math. Another $351,500 was allocated for conventions supposedly designed to help “underrepresented” educators, which is another way of saying the funds will go toward political networking events with no tangible classroom results.
Mamdani also supports an additional $8 million for a Fair Housing Testing Program—money that would go toward “paired testing” for housing discrimination that is already illegal under both state and federal law.
New York already invests billions in housing and tenant protection. If discrimination occurs, there are legal pathways for enforcement. This new testing program is redundant and unnecessary.
Meanwhile, New York City continues to face a staggering homelessness crisis. That $8 million would be far better spent building shelters or expanding emergency housing than funding an academic experiment in bureaucratic redundancy.
One of the largest items in Mamdani’s wish list is the $1 billion proposal for climate mitigation and adaptation over five years. This includes $75 million for electric school buses and another $80 million for centralized procurement of zero-emission buses and infrastructure.
On top of that, $80 million more would be spent on job creation in bus manufacturing and maintenance. Yet while Mamdani prioritizes a cleaner fleet of school buses, he conveniently ignores that 18% of New York City classrooms still don’t have air conditioning.
Even after the city has already spent billions trying to modernize schools, students continue to sweat through June heatwaves in sweltering classrooms. Instead of addressing existing failures, Mamdani’s approach merely adds more spending, agencies, and headlines—none of which benefit a child’s learning or sense of safety in school.
Then there’s the “Green and Healthy Schools Fund,” a proposed $80 million giveaway for ventilation and electrification upgrades. That figure comes on top of previous capital budgets that already included billions for similar renovations. Despite all of this, most students still report deteriorating building conditions, broken HVAC systems, and outdated technology.
Perhaps the most outrageous waste of money in Mamdani’s plan is a $3 million initiative to create a permanent exhibit on the African American experience in the Adirondacks. Let’s be clear: African Americans have never made up more than 0.5% of the Adirondack population. This is not a demand based on any educational or demographic reality—it is pure identity politics.
New Yorkers are struggling. Subway stations are dirty, crime is rising, and public schools are failing. The streets are littered, and entire communities remain forgotten. Mamdani’s budget priorities reflect none of that. Instead, they reflect the worldview of an activist who would rather fund symbolic causes than confront real problems.
I’ve reviewed most of Mamdani’s bills and budget proposals, and they’re genuinely shocking. I strongly encourage you to read them for yourself. You can find the annotated versions [HERE].
