Deception Pass in Washington State

Most of my life I have had awareness of endless lies.
As a very young child I started questioning things like most children do.
But I also started not believing the answers I received.
This way of thinking may have been a rare thing, but this particular disposition set me upon a determined path of finding truth.
It has been a rough and rocky trail with many switch backs and some steep cliffs.
It was difficult terrain with each step filled with the dangers of doubt, disbelief and awareness of deception.
As of late, I have felt the ground leveling out. The feeling is much like coming down off a mountain.
My trail has taken me over Deception Pass and has finally opened up to a much more welcoming landscape of receptivity, integration and grounding.
I can feel the change in the air and emerge into the coolness of fresh new growth reminiscent of tall green meadow grasses.
I can feel the warmth of the breeze ease my pain.
I can breathe in the abundance of oxygen and it fills my soul’s lungs with calming assurance that the worst is behind me.
The journey may never be over but how I am about to travel has changed.
I no longer need to hold my breath and cling to the edge.
The worries about stepping on loose rocks, rolling my ankle or worse falling off a cliff are dissipating.
Now I can actually look up and look around at the landscape and feel confident the footing will be safe.
This lends me a moment of relaxation and I realize how much I had been holding in.
Relief is finally at hand.
These past 4 years have been full of surprises.
And yet as each new piece of information reveals evidence of past lies, more truth comes into light and atrocities were brought out for examination, it wasn’t a surprise at all.
Growing up in the Catholic Church had me well prepared for the depth of the lies.
I certainly didn’t know the full extent of it. Thank goodness.
What we have learned is devastating enough for an adult. A child should never have to know these things.
Unfortunately many children have seen things they should never have experienced.
As we go forward and the unveiling of such things continue, please, please protect the children that have not had to live these horrors.
Things will continue to be revealed as they need to be but, let us continue with grace.
Why continue reliving the torture of it all?
As we move forward, which may be quite rapidly now, let’s turn our focus to where we want to walk.
Let’s come down off that stark dangerous existence and take note of where we are arriving.
Our journey in many ways has been together.
We may have different experiences and different perspectives but all trails lead to our new community.
I see the word Unity in community. Come to unity.
This is where our paths have led us.
There are many things happening globally.
All of the world is on the edge of their seat looking and waiting for the next dramatic event.
From my observation point, backed by years of knowing that there was another truth out there, we have finally arrived at a Universal point of knowing.
(Except maybe that one tribe in the Amazon. But even now that they have seen scout planes, their world has taken a dramatic change. )
We are not arriving in the moment of chaos and turmoil.
No, we were already there.
We have now arrived at the moment of truth, clarity and prosperity.
And we can move beyond what has held us back.
This place does exist.
Just as the Amazon tribe and the First world get to see each other for the first time.
We now get to have the moment of recognition that another reality actually already exists .
And that it is ready for our attention and co-creation.
This new reality must exist in order for us to arrive into it.
One path doesn’t just stop and change at the flip of a coin, or a declaration from a political leader or with the fall of the cabal.
It must be realized and created in continuity and congruently.
It must be seen, felt and lived a little more each day until it becomes part of our everyday lives.
Each step away from our deceptive past is a step toward a new community and a step toward our truth.
Stepping away from that which we don’t want and focusing into the truth that we do want guides our future.
This new community will be heart centered.
No matter where we live or what experiences we bring with us, that is one of the things we all have in common.
In my search for truth I collected anything that rang out as a Universal truth.
The smile is one such treasure. We all have the ability to smile.
Laughter and tears is another example of Universal truths.
Even deeper within when one examines what it is that brings humanity together, we find connection in the light spark we all carry.
This spark emanates from the heart.
Meeting new people can be awkward and full of barriers and protections we humans have learned to hold in place.
But it doesn’t take long to find that spark people carry within.
Once that spark is seen there is no putting it back.
It is there to connect all of us together.
Our hearts are the windows of truth and prosperity.
This is where we are arriving in order to rebuild our communities.
This is where we stand in unity.
As we engage in the rapid fire of unfolding events, know in your heart, we have already arrived past all the subterfuge and drama.
Lift your head and look beyond the dangers of the past being played out in present tense.
That world is dissolving, crumbling and resigning.
We are arriving at long last into our truth of heart centered living.
This lush land of abundance, harmony and compassion is ready to flourish.
Make this our truth.
Make this our home.
