Malakai Bayoh
At age 7 Malakai joined the Choir of St George’s Cathedral, Southwark and the Schola Cantorum of The Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School.
In the spring of 2023 he appeared in Britain’s Got Talent and was awarded a Golden Buzzer by Simon Cowell for his first performance, Pie Jesu by Andrew Lloyd Webber.
It was in November 2022 that his operatic talents first came to national prominence when he made his solo debut at London’s Royal Opera House. He sang the role of Oberto in the opera Alcina by Baroque composer George Frideric Handel.
Recently, Malakai Bayoh has been signed to Universal Music, the record company of Pavarotti, with an album coming this July.
Golden, featuring collaborations with Andrew Lloyd Webber and Sir Karl Jenkins, will be released on Universal Classics and Jazz in association with Classic FM.

Those high notes! I swear if we put his boy’s voice on loud speaker around the world, violence would go down. It simple exudes peace and harmony.
