Success is in Simplicity Perhaps?
Here’s to the Weight Watchers, Health Freaks, and all those judging and condemning their Body Temple, over exposed to the fear mongering, and well meaning but excessive advice.
Try a different approach perhaps of Grace and ease. Decide to make one change and commit to it as a daily dynamic.
For example, one exercise that makes your body feel good. One food you stop taking or reduce. One nutritious AND enjoyable food you take in.
Do it for a few days then add one more thing to each. Daily something harmonious and enjoyable for you. Until you have built a dynamic in your life and in your thinking.
Be guided by trusting the inner guidance you will be given day by day. Not by some long term, heavy success programme which is pointing to you to your past Failure all the time.
Why? Because you can and it feels good
Slowly, gently with ease and Grace and for the Love of who you are. Stop listening to others and listen to yourself. It is your body and your life.
For goodness sake make your mealtimes a Blessing, a time of great joy.

PS. Listen to your “GUT MIND” . You have a huge community living there within you, that are totally grounded and connected to all your body needs. Follow its intuition in all ways and you will find your way back to healthy Being.
There are 1001 diets out there. You have enough knowledge. Begin to use what fits you and uplifts you. But KEEP IT SIMPLE.
As you move into Grace you will receive the Knowing, for the next step. It is the dynamic of empowerment and harmony you seek, not a set formula.
A journey of 1000 miles begins with the first step, so make a total commitment to Loving and enjoying your body Temple and the whole process of change as a discovery in JOY.
Every day when you awaken having entered your body (your Temple) for that day say a big…. “YES Thankyou”….. to it.
