Jim Caviezel is a man on a mission. He also happens to be an actor, and his portrayal of Jesus in Mel Gibson’s 2004 movie, The Passion of the Christ, was beyond any ordinary performance. I’ve heard stories about the filming of the movie and if I can find any, I’ll include them here.
This first video is posted in two versions; both have their charm and power. The YouTube version…well, maybe watch both and see for yourself. The Rumble version includes a visual of Jim speaking, and there’s something to be said for witnessing the passion of the speaker.

The second video is Steve Bannon’s interview of Jim on a recent War Room show. In it, Jim is looking for 2 million people to pre-purchase a ticket to his film, Sound of Freedom, opening in theaters on the 4th of July and based on a true story. The interview is not an easy watch, because the topic is child trafficking. You can imagine the position and risk that Jim has taken in exposing this preferred commodity of the ‘elite.’
In this interview, the burden of what he’s seen and been through is clearly evident.

It will ask for your zip code and then offer theaters that will be showing the film in your area. I was surprised to see several local movie houses and even multiplex-types on the list near me. Tickets were $10.12 each for my chosen theater. Bannon said that “Angel10” will get you a 10% discount. I’m not sure I want to watch the film, but I sure do feel that it’s a worthy thing to support.
I did find a clip of Jim talking about the filming of The Passion of the Christ, and I just Love his conviction, passion and sincerity. Few people are quite as publicly committed to being a Champion of Jesus as Jim is…
