Many of you will remember a few years back when Google targeted the Golden Age of Gaia blog as a dangerous site. That wasn’t much fun, but we learned that hyperlinking to other sites was the issue for us. Since that time and in order to both protect the blog and our readers, the URLs that we provide to the original articles have no longer been ‘live.’ A copy/paste of the URL is required to get to the original.
Many websites go automatically to hyperlink when the whole URL is given, so I’ve been posting without the “https://www” added. Apologies for the necessary inconvenience.
Another recent change is that we are no longer using Tinyurl to shorten website addresses. Those with ill intent were using that platform to disguise dangerous websites, so that’s no longer an option.
