Yahweh’s words appear to reflect the principle of someone going first to make peace. In this case, we’re asking for forgiveness from those who have harmed us – an unexpected move – so that a cycle of conflict finally comes to an end.
Yahweh’s Song by Lee Degani
It is still etched in my memory when the six teens walked on the stage. They each lit their candle and placed it on the table. Six candles: red, white, blue, red, white, blue. Six hundred people in the sanctuary in complete silence. It was six days after 9-11.
We were gathered as a congregation for the Rosh Hashanah service, the Jewish New Year. It is a serious time of reflection, forgiveness, purification and renewal.
I could never really put into words what happened during the next two hours. I only know that we were all transported to a place of the highest realms where we became One.
Although throughout the years I have had amazing sacred and healing experiences, the energy never compared to that day in 2001.
That is until recently….
It happened while I was preparing for my recent workshop, “Plugging In!” Yahweh came with a beautiful song to help us all remove false grids. His eyes were two huge holes with beams of light radiating into my body.
I haven’t been the same since…
During the workshop Yahweh changed some of the words of what I was going to say.
Instead of forgiving others for the harm they have done us, we were to ask forgiveness from those who had done us harm. For we are all One.
Quite honestly I was pretty upset the next day that the words had changed this way. It is like saying to those behind 9-11 to please forgive us.
What if people weren’t ready! And was I really ready? But Yahweh reassured me that each person would hear and act upon the words in their own way.
As I came to accept this level of forgiveness, I understood its power. For it truly releases us. It brings us to the place of Oneness where we can truly create a World of Love. A world where there is nothing to forgive.
I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I Love you!
With Infinite Light and Joy!
