Many people I know are reporting a strangeness in their experience of life these days. Something new, but rather subtle, is occurring. Perhaps you can relate to some of these experiences:
New State of Consciousness: You realize you’re somehow in a new state of consciousness, but you can’t quite describe it yet. It’s as if you’ve entered a new reality somehow — a reality that’s kind of empty and quiet; and there’s often nothing much happening in it.
Even despite all the chaos occurring out in the world, there’s a feeling of being somewhat detached from it now, like it’s happening in some other parallel reality.
The News rather bores you. In fact, you no longer have much interest in all the news you used to read and listen to; nothing ever seems to really change the mess the world is in. There’s only continuous, repetitious news about the pandemic and the US election – things you’ve known and understood for a long time now. Although there are small, possibly positive things that seem to be occurring, you can’t even bother getting excited about them anymore.
Living in the Here and Now: It seems you’re just existing more in the here and now – something you’ve heard for years is a high state of spiritual conscious- ness, but it generally seems rather mundane and uneventful – and sometimes even boring. You might even be wondering “Is this all there is?”
Upset & Releasing Still Occurring: At times, there are perhaps some big bumps you’re still experiencing, sometimes quite painful. You’re maybe still needing to let go of certain things or relationships that are no longer working for you. Maybe old traumas are arising that you have to re-experience and heal – or ongoing physical, financial or relationship issues that continue to plague you. But releasing and healing seem to be much faster at this point. These bumps somehow eventually seem to smooth out, and you’re back into this new and strangely smooth and uneventful reality.
Spiritual Practice feels Stale: Even your spiritual practice is feeling somewhat stale – it’s not working like it once did. The teachings no longer excite or invigorate you. All your past spiritual highs and breakthroughs seem to belong to a past reality.
And Yet…
Clearer, Freer: And yet – perhaps you realize that you feel very clear in a new way, and less burdened or pulled down emotionally. You feel more balanced, awake, and able to relax. Somehow, you’re emotionally and mentally freer. Something heavy has been lifted from you.
More Embodied, More Empowered: You also feel more embodied and more grounded. This creates a sense of being more empowered, as if you’re more in the captain’s seat of your life, guiding it in a more conscious way.
More Free to be Yourself: You’re more free to be who you are, say what you think, act without the usual restraints. And things that used to bother you just don’t anymore – it somehow takes too much energy to worry about them.
Fewer Annoying and Critical Thoughts: In fact, you realize there’s generally a greater quiet in your mind, as if the old tape that used to constantly run, commenting on everything happening and telling you what you think and feel, is beginning to disappear. Even the old tiresome Inner Critic seems to be quieter, less impactful.
Your fifth-dimensional self is emerging.Deeper Here & Now: Even though operating constantly from the here and now can feel mundane and even boring, you can sometimes realize that, if you just tune in quietly to what is currently present, you can fall into an even deeper space of here and now.
There’s a sense of entering what could be called the eternal here and now – a time outside of time – where a profound peaceful silence exists, a consciousness in which even the most mundane things and actions take on a whole new and engaging meaning. There can be a quiet joy in discovering this, even a sense of bliss.
Powerful Experiences: And, wonderfully, you may occasionally have experiences of overflowing love that emerge from out of nowhere, or a delicious sense of profound serenity that flows through you. Maybe new creativity is bubbling up inside of you.
What is it that’s Happening?
If you can relate to any this, you may be wondering: What is this that is happening? For those of us experiencing these things, where are we exactly? Is this 5D?
Well, it doesn’t seem as if this is quite what might be called “5D”. And yet, it does appear to somehow be an entrance into a whole new higher-dimensional reality. It’s clearer, quieter, freer, less constrained and controlled.
We’re no longer feeling the old restraints of the ego pulling on us. Or the deep sorrows and agonies of emotions that used to drag us down. We actually seem to be in the process of dropping a whole false identity that was never who we actually were.
Maybe what we’re experiencing is an emergence out of the controlled third-dimensional matrix that humanity has been trapped in for many thousands of years.
This can be a mind-boggling idea to contemplate. “Historical” doesn’t even begin to describe it.
It may be that we’re not totally free yet. And we’re not yet fully embodied in the New Earth – but we are definitely being born into it. We’re opening our eyes to a new and seemingly empty-ish reality, a still and quiet existence in which everything is just waiting to be created – by us.
There may not be a great deal happening in our lives yet, but maybe this is because we need to take time to become familiar with how everything works in this new reality.
Time for Exploring
In any case, this new world is definitely something to be explored. What exactly is here? How does creation work in this new reality? What new adventures are available to us? What new pleasures and enjoyments?
And this new sense of who we now are is definitely something to be examined and explored, as well. What is this new experience in our minds? In our emotions? In our bodies?
What has changed? What are we becoming? What do we want?
And how can we stay in this new, emerging, higher-frequency world and continue building it, even as the old world around us continues to collapse and probably grow even darker still for a time?
These are questions to be explored with others around us who are also beginning to inhabit this new world.
Maybe it’s time for a celebration of sorts – even a party!
