We, a group of international lawyers and a judge, hereby are conducting criminal investigation modelled after the United States Grand Jury proceedings.
This Grand Jury Investigation serves as a model legal proceeding to present to a jury (consisting of the citizens of the world) all available evidence of COVID-19 Crimes Against Humanity to date against “leaders, organizers, instigators and accomplices” who aided, abetted or actively participated in the formulation and execution of a common plan for a pandemic.
Crimes to be investigated include all acts performed or omitted by a person in pursuance of a common design to commit Crimes Against Humanity, and all such criminal acts condemned in the various communities of jurors around the world.
This investigation is of the people, by the people and for the people and shall be referred to as the ‘Peoples´ Court of Public Opinion.
Having been unable to find a court to hear the actual evidence in the current system´s courts of law, we are undertaking this proceeding outside of the current system and based on natural law.
This, in turn is founded on the firm belief that every person can easily distinguish between good and evil, and between right and wrong.
The allegation is that the world’s governments have come under the controlling influence of corrupt and criminal power structures.
They colluded to stage a pandemic that they had been planning for years. To this end they deliberately created mass panic through false statements of fact and a socially engineered psychological operation whose messages they conveyed through the corporate media.
The purpose of this mass panic was to persuade the population to agree to the so-called “vaccinations” which have in the meantime be proven to be neither effective, nor safe, but extremely dangerous, even lethal.
The economic, social, and health damage that these Crimes Against Humanity have caused to the world’s population can be measured in quadrillions of dollars.
The lawyers listed below, with the assistance of a number of highly respected scientists and experts from around the globe and under the auspices of a judge from Portugal, will conduct this Grand Jury Investigation and thereby provide the jury (the citizens of the world) with a complete picture of these Crimes Against Humanity.
The ‘Peoples´ Court of Public Opinion´s investigation´s purpose is twofold: On the one hand it is to serve as a model proceeding and get indictments against some of the criminally and civilly responsible figure heads of these Crimes against Humanity.
And on the other hand it is – through showing a complete picture of what we are facing, including the geopolitical and historical backdrop – to create awareness about
the factual collapse of the current, hijacked system and its institutions, and, as a consequence, the necessity for the people themselves retaking their sovereignty, and the necessity to first stop this plandemic´s measures by refusing to comply, and the necessity to jump-start their own new system of health care, education, economics and judiciary, so that democracy and the rule of law on the basis of our constitutions will be reestablished.

Well. I removed myself from the peaceful parliament protest today after watching the uniformed policy-enforcement officers ramp up their gang brutality. I had occupied a position on Hill Street looking above and at the backs of these officers so had a very clear view of events behind their line.
They had formed a line several people deep facing the crowd and were dragging people one at a time behind their ranks. It looked like a violent gang assault, many burly officials onto one unarmed person, knees and boots being used.
I elected to withdraw, hating the fact that I’m a disabled pensioner. I’ll never look at another New Zealand policy-enforcement officer with an ounce of respect again.
This was my third day attending the protest. Each day I had chosen to travel in to the protest without cellphone or ID in my possession. That fact alone betrays the harm inflicted on my once free society.
I wore no face mask and on one occasion while walking to the event was provocatively jostled by a masked bloke passing by – in times of old such inadvertent collision would instantly have both face each other with apologies, but this fellow strode away deliberately. I won’t read predictions of zombies with disbelief again.
Most of the city workers walking the street now wear masks, even outdoors in one of the windiest cities on the planet, when expecting a cloth mask to hold back a virus is like using a shopping trolley to carry gravel. Very few cafes now serve the likes of me. I watched a worker scanning vax passports into a McDonald’s.
The protesters were a very large group, I saw a great many Maori, many women and children, very few professionals and no rugby heroes. I had real and honest conversations with people of all ages. Most had figured out that we are in a war with a totalitarian enemy. Each typically reported they were the black sheep of the family.
As was I.
The cowardice I witnessed today brings eternal shame on the policy-enforcement officials, yet I am proud of the peaceful staunch energy of those protesting.
I noticed that many of these aware freedom fighters come from people who have known the oppressor ‘s boot – the Maori, Dutchmen such as I, Russians and Eastern Europeans. I have heard some opine that kiwis have no experience of war, other than as servicemen returned from overseas. Perhaps this is why the normies in my country are so inert.
This is a War On Error. We can now expect all manner of disinformation and propaganda. Today a video emerged of an apparently naked young woman being dragged by the hair. This must have occurred just as I was leaving, the actions of the uniformed were exactly as I had been seeing, so the scene is certainly plausible.
I write this two hours after my withdrawal. I’ve mastered my shock sufficiently to write this report. I shall return to the site in due course.

Blue state governors are in full retreat across America, save for last bastions of Covid insanity like New York.
As reported earlier: New Jersey is done. Connecticut is done. Delaware is done. Oregon is done. But many school boards are defying governor’s orders and court rulings that dictate that parents and students have the right to determine whether or not the schoolkids wear masks.

In Illinois, a judge has issued a restraining order on the governor’s school mask mandate, but Chicago area school boards are resisting the court ruling and clinging to the edicts.
“Frustrated Chicago-area students walked out of school Monday after being told they were required to wear masks to attend class, despite an Illinois judge having issued a temporary restraining order against the governor’s statewide school mask mandate,” the Daily Mail reported.
“The maskless Vernon Hills High School students were denied entry into classrooms and escorted into the gymnasium, where they were instructed to either mask up, leave school and have a parent report the absence, or work on classwork isolated in the gym,” the report added.
“Video of the protest shows a throng of students exiting the gym before walking out the school’s front doors where they are met with applause and positive remarks including: ‘Good job, way to stand up for yourselves.’”
In Vernon Hills near Chicago, students filed out of the school after being given an ultimatum by the principal: Mask up or go home.
“Students at Vernon Hills near Chicago leave their school,” STV tweeted. “The director announced to them that from now on they either come to school wearing masks or they leave. The students chose the latter. Previously, the same situation occurred in Virginia and the state of Washington.”
In Virginia, school boards have pushed back against new Governor Youngkin’s executive order that make masks optional in the state. A legal challenge from the parents and school boards that had issued a stay on the order was recently struck down.
“The Supreme Court of Virginia has tossed out a case challenging Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s executive order allowing parents to opt their children out of school mask mandates,” the Blaze reported.
Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares celebrated the court ruling as a victory for parents.
“Today, the Supreme Court of Virginia rejected a challenge out of the City of Chesapeake to Governor Youngkin’s Executive Order Number 2. The Governor and I are pleased with today’s ruling. At the beginning of this pandemic, Governor Northam used his broad emergency powers to close places of worship, private businesses, and schools and impose a statewide mask mandate,” Miyares said.
Blue state governors and teacher’s unions can cling to the inordinate power that Covid seems to have given them. But that power is proving to be fleeting as scientific reality has set in. The truth has finally caught up to the lies. The charade is over.

After GoFundMe Seizes Funds of Freedom Convoy Donors, Donations to Truckers’ New Crowdfunding Site Skyrocket

A page on the crowdfunding site GiveSendGo dedicated to the Freedom Convoy had surpassed $2.5 million in donations Sunday morning. The page said all money raised would go to the Incorporated Freedom 2022 Human Rights And Freedom Association.
The page contained a clarion call for freedom.
“To our Fellow Canadians, the time for political over reach is over. Our current government is implementing rules and mandates that are destroying the foundation of our businesses, industries and livelihoods. Canadians have been integral to the fabric of humanity in many ways that have shaped the planet,” the site read.
“We are a peaceful country that has helped protect nations across the globe from tyrannical governments who oppressed their people, and now it seems it is happening here. We are taking our fight to the doorsteps of our Federal Government and demanding that they cease all mandates against its people. Small businesses are being destroyed, homes are being destroyed and people are being mistreated and denied fundamental necessities to survive. It’s our duty as Canadians to put an end to this mandates. It is imperative that this happens because if we don’t our country will no longer be the country we have come to love. We are doing this for our future Generations and to regain our lives back,” the post continued.
The site said that donations will be used for fuel, lodgings and food to support truckers as they put pressure on Canadian leaders in Ottawa to hear the voices of the people.
“It’s a small price to pay for our freedoms. We thank you all for your Donations and know that you are helping reshape this once beautiful country back to the way it was,” the site said.
On Friday, GoFundMe decided the protest was beyond the pale and said it would no longer send donations to the purpose for which they were intended. In it’s initial statement, the company suggested any unrefunded donor money could be spread around to GoFundMe’s chosen recipients.
In the end, after a vast outcry, GoFundMe went into reverse and decided to simply refund everyone’s donations.
The Freedom Convoy descended on Ottawa last weekend after traveling across Canada. The protest was designed to draw attention to the devastating impact of vaccine mandates imposed by the Canadian government on unvaccinated truckers.
The protest swelled beyond all expectations, leading the protesters to remain in Ottawa to ensure that the goals of the Freedom Convoy are not forgotten.
Along the way, the truckers have received support, according to Fox News.
“There’s people knocking on my door every five minutes wanting to give,” a trucker Fox News identified as Travis said. “There has been nothing but caring, sharing and giving.”
“The support has been incredible,” he continued. “I’ve never seen anything like it. I’ve never been more proud to be Canadian.”
Andrew, another trucker, offered a similar tale.
“I got guys that come up to my door and offer me cash donations. I refuse. I don’t want cash. I’m not doing this to make money. I’m doing this for the choice, for everybody’s choice, for freedoms,” he said.
Nathan Savoy and Dylan Gordon have been handing out donations for a week after setting up a folding table outside the Parliament building.
“Anyone who is hungry is being fed,” Savoy said.
“We’ve had people filling up backpacks who need it and keeping people fueled up and fighting for freedom. We’re going to be out here as long as it takes.”
