Without the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff on board, it would be impossible to have President Trump return, Simon says.

I point to this as an example of what I think of as the housecleaning that has to happen before the Reval is released.

Simon also discusses his belief that the White House is being used as a military court (because it is not officially on U.S. soil) and the QSF.
