Sharon: I realize that I’m on my own path and it can be very lonely at times. Very lonely. When you realize the shortcomings of so many people on this planet and that they can never meet your needs, nor can many of them even mirror back the person you want to see in yourself, you need to make decisions based on either your own benefit or theirs, depending on what’s most appropriate. Send everything love, including yourself, but stay the course.
Ivo: My love, it is about leaving the third dimensional timelines behind. You are beyond this now. You did the best you could with your sister, you were very caring and loving….
Me: Never mind straightforward.
Ivo: Yes, you are very direct and you speak your truth. This is the fifth dimensional way of being unconditionally loving. You are assertive and you speak your mind, but do the best you can to help others. But remember, your sister is in a learning situation, not one where you need to rescue her or save her from her emotions.
Ivo: The fifth dimensional way of being unconditionally loving is allowing others to grow. Do not hamper their growth. Do not stand in their way, and sometimes allowing them the consequences of their mistakes is the greatest love you can show them.
Understand that your world is ego-based, and I know you do, but the ego of all must dissolve. In this dissolution of the ego, the soul’s values and the soul’s path are revealed to all. The soul is on a steep learning path in the third dimension, and to leave it, one first must recognize they have a soul, and to begin to respond to life as if the soul is in charge, not the ego. That is the first step.
Me: My first ones were about losing weight, but it still kept me on my path.
Ivo: What do you think would happen in the case of your sister when she uses the law of attraction to become very rich? She would stop there, my love.
Me: And I never permanently lost that weight, either.
Ivo: And you still continued on on your spiritual path. Now you are on that path because you realize it is the way, not because it is a hobby or flight of fancy.
Me: No, it called to me. I always knew there was another way to live. I always knew there was something more to life than what we were experiencing here.
Ivo: And that is because you are a higher dimensional. You understand this and it was in the back of your mind all along. Now you understand the spiritual path automatically grants you self respect, power, self love and wisdom. Your self mastery is much greater than the pot shot days of intellectual guessing you had subjected yourself to for so many years. There is no need to guess anymore.
You understood when you got out of bed and listened to your higher self tell you, you are being poisoned by the foods you eat, that is why you feel so sickly. So, on a spiritual path, you undergo a detox diet to remove the poisons from your body. You also undertook a course for mastery of empathy, and you left Facebook because of the energy you were picking up from it. It was incapacitating for you.
Me: Yes, it was. I feel better except for the detox.
Ivo: You understand your path is eliminating everything in your life that connects you to 3D: so you look at how you are suffering. You suffer through a toxified body, so you are doing the detox and enjoying it even.
Ivo: You are looking at all places within your life that you have had problems that are connected to the third dimension, and are looking at finding solutions in order to raise your frequency more.
All habits picked up from your parents, or in response to your dysfunctional childhood, are being addressed. You are allowing your eating habits to evolve, and understand we will be bringing higher frequency foods to earth from the higher dimensions because, yes, to some extent your foods are third perhaps fourth dimensional foods, even those grown upon the planet, and now your bodies will require higher dimensional foods, which we will provide.
How does this relate to self respect? You begin to see the long term gain in changing your behaviours. You still eat an organic salad almost daily, your water is filtered and you change them more frequently, you have zeolite, diatomaceous earth, and you are finding recipes that focus on higher vibrational foods: fruit and vegetables. You understand that white sugar is of very low frequency because it is not a natural product. This is what has happened: in changing sugar, flour and in chemicalizing your foods, your foods have dropped in frequency. And they do not support a body that is crystallizing.
So many of you are having trouble with foods. Do not eat that which does not appeal to you and do not eat that which upsets your body. Those are two rules that apply as you crystalize your bodies.
All positive action one takes to help one’s self is out of self respect and self love. The path of knowing your truth is one of self respect. If one takes no positive action, but allows themselves to flow with a lower dimensional disharmony, that is one’s choice. It is best to solve the problem before the problem becomes a problem. However, many of the lightworkers on earth have long standing problems they only now have the energy to deal with now that their frequency is rising, and this is fine.
Understand everything you learned in the third dimension should stay there. Think new. Think higher frequency. Listen to your soul. Listen to your body.
Me: My body loves white sugar, Ivo.
Ivo: Yes, but you understand that it began this in the third dimension and that it is incorrect to take it forward in your ascension. And when you do eat sugar, you seek a small serving size. There are foods you enjoy from the third dimension, but now you must learn to enjoy foods for other reasons other than they give you an energy burst. A fourteenth dimensional in a third dimensional body will always feel like it does not have enough energy, my love. The body is too low in frequency to house all of which is you. You will still have this problem in the fifth dimension as well, but there are ways to deal with it.
Ivo: In your case, to get your adrenals up to proper working frequency. They are too burnt out.
Me: Okay, so stay the course. Get rid of toxins and deal with empathy.
Ivo: And bring energy into the body with breathing and through meditation. Also movement helps one to feel more energized.
Me: I’m working on that.
Ivo: Energy moves through a body that moves; it becomes stagnant when the body is not moved more often. You see this with your frozen shoulder – the more you move the arm past where it is resisting, the more it continues to be flexible. Yes, there is inflammation. Curcumin is a good solution for this, not Nsaids (Ibuprofen).
Seek a natural solution.
Me: Yeah, like Ibuprofen and Tylenol are 3D, Curcumin (Turmeric) is 4D, and sending white light healing to the affected shoulder is 5D energy healing.
Ivo: And you have much available to you but choose the higher dimensional solution as often as possible.
Me: Okay, thanks Ivo. I have to stop.
Ivo: You are fatigued again. Perhaps some deep breathing will help.
