…and what a year it’s been.
Many of us have been staying on top of current events, and there’s no mistaking that doing so can make it challenging to maintain a good attitude much less hold a higher frequency.
As part of my mission in communications at this time, I do fall into this category and have been praying for relief from the overwhelm. The answer to prayer nearly always comes at unexpected times, and this moment for me was no different.
Driving back from the veterinarian to pick up special food for our nervous cat, I noticed a red barn with an upstairs window open. Somebody left that window open for birds to have a safe haven from the weather and the outside world. As we passed, my entire being was absolutely filled with awe and gratitude for the exquisite beauty and generosity of Human Beings.
Every act of kindness towards a wounded and starving animal…every action taken at even great personal risk to oneself on behalf of another Human, one who may even be a total stranger…it all just flooded into my awareness and the tears started flowing. With beating heart and breathless wonder I came to realize that this greatness of Heart is what I need to keep my focus on, and not on the myriad insults and aberrations that our Collective has had to endure.
Those things are what they are, and our work is to remain as neutral observers.
We are all perfect and beautiful Children of God, and we’ve been infected by things outside of our original Divine Blueprint. We need to find our way back to that, and the antibiotic for our collective ills has to be about more than Love.
Love provides the foundation from which we spring forth and emerge wearing our pristine Lightbodies, and the way we get there is by taking action and banding together. Whether we agree on the details of how to tread the path that we’re all on together or we don’t, it’s vital that we stay out of judgment for how others choose to navigate these times.
