By letting go of judging any feeling as a pattern, no longer condemning it as a form of conditioning, or believing there is an end of it that you can make happen, you give each feeling the authentic attention that lets it truly feel loved.
Since your feelings are expressions of your own consciousness, they know when you are really being there for yourself versus being used to run a process in hopes of getting beyond them. While feelings can be uncomfortable and sometimes excruciating, the only way to the other side of reality is to embrace yourself with the utmost humility, honesty, and authenticity. If unable to do this, you can always call upon the Universe to love these parts on your behalf and to teach you how to embrace your feelings in a deeper more meaningful way.
